I was clean and my husband enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The only complaint I have they never came to replenish towels and washcloths, other than that it was fine.

The hallway had a smell and the carpet was only and nasty. The carpet and hallway area is in much need of an update. The breakfast was good, could use more options for no pork eaters. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was okay, felt comfortable enough to get some sleep.

Friendly staff very helpful overall very nice experience very dated Payne feeling overall cheap poor quality towels for quality soap and shampoo and conditioner. Nice place good experience just don’t expect three star quality. It’s budget friendly.

The room was clean and comfortsble. Large enough to accommodate me as I have limited mobility. The staff was friendly . The amenities were good, in room coffee, refrigerator, microwave, walkin shower and even provided a shower seat snd hand held shower head. The breakfast was hot and complete with all you could want. The pool is outside but the whirlpool is indoors and they have a fully equiped exersize room. The only downside is they do not have elevators for guests in the upper level rooms. This hotel was not fancy, but did provide everything we could need.

Shane came to replace our outlet in our bedside table he was very kind. Couldn't get TV remote to work right, it was a dog friendly room so clean but not perfect we understand that. No elevator had to carry up 2 stories, will remember to ask for main floor nxt time. Air was cold, pool looked great, breakfast was amazing.

Only good thing was the breakfast setup. My bathtub was filthy, ceiling paint was peeling and chips everywhere,had 1 towel no rags no hand towels. Room was supposed to be king size handicap check in was at 3:00 got there at 3:45 all the king handicap first floor was gone wanted me to walk up steps with a cane and luggage, after arguing with the desk I settled for queen size first floor. Will not recommend or stay again.

The room was nice. The shower gel dispenser was empty. Beds were comfortable. TV signal was bad because of heavy rain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Your typical hot hotel breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels, toast, coffee, waffles, juice, milk, cereal. They left the coffee machine on all day, so you could get coffee anytime. The pool was nice and clean. But the hot tub was green and smelled awful.

As a solo traveler, I would not recommend this hotel. The service at the front desk was excellent but the property itself definitely needs some work and customers in the hotel were a bit suspicious. Out of the rooms I was transferred to, 2 of them didn't have working phones. That's a safety hazard. One didn't have a working bathroom light. Walls in the rooms need to be repainted. And the 3rd room I stayed in after being transferred twice to other rooms had a mildew smell. Does housekeeping/maintenance/management not check the rooms in working order before renting out a room!? The breakfast policy was a little strict and honestly unnecessary, Signs posted that you couldn't leave the area with food. You had to eat it there in the breakfast area. Location was great if needing to get back on the interstate but I would not stay here again.
