There is a rule book about 4 pages long telling you how to behave including not being asked to plug your own things in like hairdriers. The balcony is about 2 x the size of the air conditioning unit it houses so no room other than for 1 person to stand. They ordered a cab (when we had to make a boat) that arrived 20 minutes late, crammed us in with tons of people and the cab smelled of cigarettes, and they dropped our bag on the street. We could have gotten our own private transport that was outside the door for less money. When I pointed this out to the hotel, the response was “we will complain to the company, no worries.” Our complaint is with both the cab company and the hotel. We made a mistake trusting them. "
