"My wife and I stayed in one of the hotel rooms and enjoyed it. Had a view of the forest and were able to watch monkeys in the trees. A/C worked well but we never had very hot water for the shower. Staff was great and the pool / beach access area was very nice. Bar and restaurant on site as well as massages. You can rent scooters and book tours directly from the hotel. Bit of a walk to other restaurants and bars but not too bad. "

When I pointed this out to the hotel, the response was “we will complain to the company, no worries.” Our complaint is with both the cab company and the hotel. We made a mistake trusting them. "
