"The staff at Kamala are lovely and helpful. The views from balcony amazing and big aircon villa for low price. The sheets needed changing though which they were happy to do and there was no hand soap but they provided everything else wonderfully. I would stay again. There was no food provided and none close by but they were happy to give me a lift any where and airport pick up. renovations could be heard but still Good value for price."

"I wouldn't advise anyone to even consider this place, I was basically abandoned for 6 days, the agency phone always went unanswered, the bathroom is filthy with mould growing on the blinds and there was hair left in the shower, the shower is dangerous as it's practically impossible to get into because its so high, no slip mat if things go wrong. Cleaning is promised on a daily basis, someone turned up once. There's nothing in the place to clean up after yourself not even a broom or dustpan and...

Royal Phuket City Hotel

"Definitely value for money! The room was decently sized. The hotel was beautiful. We had a spa package included and it was amazing. The staff were fantastic. Breakfast was always very crowded and there was a variety of options, but we didn't enjoy it as much as our previous accommodation. The hot drink machine always tasted watered down and the fruit was average. There was a 7 eleven just down the road and a couple smaller restaurants, but if you went down the side street there was a great little night market. I think the pool/gym is shared with the public so you have to sign in to use it which was a bit annoying, but not a big deal. Once again, staff were friendly and always willing to help. "

"Clover Hotel Patong is one of the friendliest places I have ever stayed. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. The property is spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The location is excellent. It is easily walkable to great food, shopping, and Patong Beach, which made getting around effortless. A special highlight was the New Year’s Eve celebration. The team hosted a magnificent event that was fun, orderly, and exceptionally well executed, which says a lot given how chaotic that night can be. I would absolutely recommend Clover Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with outstanding service and a prime location. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"This hotel in Phuket was the perfect place to relax and disconnect. One of the highlights of the stay was the beautiful view, especially during sunrise and sunset. Waking up to open views of nature and the surrounding landscape made every morning feel peaceful and unhurried. What truly stood out was the quietness of the property. Despite being in Phuket, the hotel felt calm and secluded, away from the crowds and noise. It was ideal for resting, recharging, and enjoying slow moments by the balcony and common areas without interruptions. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was tranquil, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring the island. It’s a great choice for travelers looking for peace, privacy, and scenic views, rather than a busy or party-focused environment. "The room was wonderful, very comfortable and clean. They surprised us with a little welcome dessert and decoration because it was our honeymoon and I thought that was very thoughtful. "Our bungalow family suite with bunk beds was perfect for our family of 4 (10 year old twins). We stayed 10 nights. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our daily cleaner (Kwang) was excellent! We loved the close access to the pool (room 202) with a short walk to the lobby and right across the street to the beach."

"We had a fantastic stay at the resort nicely laid out with excellent staff and service. Breakfast could have been better with more choice of food. Restaurants were excellent with great food, bar at the side of reception had great choice of drinks. Regarding the room the bathroom was tired with missing grout between the tiles and mastic sealant could be renewed. Lighting could have been better. Main room itself was comfortable, a lot of loose floor tiles could do with resetting and regrouting some marks on the walls. Great service for booking tours and taxis/ transport. Great service with the golf carts taking you back and forth to rooms and reception. Some of the accommodation blocks looked tired with lots of cracks on the structures either superficial or structural and they could do with repairs being undertaken. The balcony woodwork could do with either renewal or further maintenance I understand the weather may play a part in this but worth mentioning. We had a fantastic time at the resort and would highly recommend. Many thanks for a lovely stay."
