We are a family of 4. Prepaid for this "luxury villa" in advance for 5 nights. We had to pack our staff and find a new hotel after the first night. One of the worst places Ive been to compared ro the price range. Its a newly started hotel (jan 2026). It basically has no maintance or staff it seemed....

She checked us in once we arrived and made sure everything in the home was up to standards. She helped us book different outings like kayaking, hiking the Tiger Cave Temple, massages, and transportation to our next area. She was definitely very helpful.
