"Breakfast was delicious, lots of options (no mango!) and plenty of seating. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. 2 pools were lovely and the swim up bar had great drinks. We were offered an upgrade for our room and it exceeded our expectations. Only complaint was we had lots and lots of little bugs (NOT BED BUGS - possibly ants) all over the room and in our bed. We notified staff who mentioned they are dealing with this issue. Hotel is a 25 minute walk to the famous Bangla Road. The beach is a short walk across the road but no worries, the parking attendant assists you to cross the road. Overall a great stay. "

"Stay was good. Staff were nice. Attention to detail is missing. I came for my birthday and really didn’t have a wow experience. Guess they don’t know how to do that for a guest. Even checkout was more to get your money and leave. "

"No issues whilst staying here, rooms were clean and toiletries provided. Given we were in a family room, 4 cups and glasses should have been provided rather than just the 2. Bottles of water provided too."
