"Pros: the resort is very nice, entrance and lobby are beautiful, the main is pool large, the view of the bay is spectacular. Staff are courteous and most can speak a bit of English. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and is geared to both Asian and Western palates. Cons: dining choices are very limited, only one restaurant is open right now for breakfast/lunch/dinner and not much else within walking distance from resort. You will need to get a taxi, grab, bolt to get anywhere on the island. Resort is going through a “soft reopening” stage and most bars and other venues are closed. The second pool is also closed. No entrainment staff for any daily or nightly activities or shows. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean. Overall price versus quality is ok and I would stay there again if I wanted something private and quiet. "

"The first day I had an issue with the shower and they send the maintenance at the same time to check it. Although it’s located in a busy and noisy area, the hotel/room is quiet. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The bed is so comfortable. Everything extremely clean. Plus they made a birthday cake for me 😊"

"Graceland is so family friendly the staff are so accomodating and helpful at every request This is so conveniently located and a walk across the road tot he beach lots of pools to choose from the rooms are comfortable and air con was reliable "
