Best Western, Kobe hotels

Great view. Nice room layout. Big. Location a bit far from city, but walkable distance. Got 2 24 hr family mart nearby.

Good service and room in great condition. Outdoor bath is great as well.

This is our 2nd time in Arima Grand Hotel and we stay for two nights. We enjoy the Kobe beef and sea food dinner as well as the Onsen. The private bath Onsen is very good and clean.-:)

Loved the stay at Hotel Hanakoyado! Booked a one night stay to experience the private Onsen at the hotel and 100% it was an enjoyable experience! The plan I booked came with breakfast, and the meal was so satisfying! If I were to visit Arima Onsen again in the future, I will definitely be choosing this hotel!

First time in a roykan and this place set the standard very high! When we got off the Hankyu bus station, we literally walked 20 paces to the hotel. We were greeted by the staff, who even cleaned our suitcase wheels. The staff did as fast check in and showed us to our room. They were able to explain the procedure for the onsen and organized dinner and turn down service. I highly recommend this place!

The room is very clean and even had a in room massage chair. Additional amenities were provided downstairs, the tea selection was huge and nice especially the honey tea. There is also freebies upon check in that one can select from, the foot patch is useful after all the walking.

Excellent hotel within walking distance to Sannomiya area.

This is my 2nd time staying here. 1st time was booked under my cousin name. I loved the friendly and welcome approached when reached the hotel entrance. They really treated us as super VIP when check in with little sweet and tea. I liked here because they have in room Onsen which i can do in privately in my room, any time and many times. I did not order any dinner, but 7-eleven and family mart is walkable. Grab and go back hotel and eat. You may ask them to send you out or pick you up but...

Everything was amazingly good - service, check-in, onsen, serenity, room.

I like the wide lobby that has plenty of seats for guests. There is a familymart in the hotel to get supper bites and personal care items that you may need. And not forgeting the generously discounted car park rate 1000yen per night.

Good location, Clean space

Within walking distance from the train station & Kobe Port Tower. The room is excellent & spacious for the price. Love the public bath, especially after a long day of exploring. Freebies like noodles, yogurt drink, iced lollies in specific times of the day! Will definitely come back here next time.

Value for money, good location and views along the port. Breakfast has lots of variety and good quality
