"The property was beautiful! There were a bunch of sitting areas throughout the property. It was only a 10 minute walk to the town. It is up a hill, but still not horrible. You do get partial access to seeing the balloons, but even if the wind isn’t in your favor that day, guests have access to the Sultan hotel rooftop, which is next door. The breakfast is fantastic! And the staff are amazing. They made the experience memorable. You were able to stay in touch with them on WhatsApp, which was also extremely helpful. They helped book excursions and transportation to and from the airport. I definitely recommend the hotel. "

"Highly recommend!!! Amazing Hotel! We stayed 2 nights. The hotel receptionist especially Yunos, and other men were so kind and nice. They provided us everything we need, and our Airport shuttle(12 GO company) bus didn’t come on the way back to airport from hotel and refund, but the hotel receptionist man called a taxi immediately and we made it to Kaiser airport on time. "We stayed in room 26 Fairy Chimney. Loved the cave experience, decor, view!! Front desk staff were extremely helpful from booking tours to shuttle to airport to delivering towels after hours. Breakfast was delicious with a huge buffet style set up, included in our package. Would definitely recommend this place!"

"This hotel is totally worth it. It’s absolutely STUNNING and truly the best place to stay in Cappadocia because of its roof top terrace views at sunrise, sunset, and all times in between. It’s beautiful here. The details of the entire hotel and the grounds are immaculate. Detailed decor everywhere. So picturesque and artistic. The pool has a beautiful view even. In addition to that, the food is GREAT. The main restaurant is wonderful. We loved the live music Saturday and wish they had that more often. "
