"This place is great in all aspects - 10 min walk to Marienplatz, 5 min to the station, grocery store right downstairs, and great restaurant and bars around. I'd say the only drawback is that the bathroom has glass doors. Anyone in the room can completely see you doing whatsoever. If you are traveling with children, or would like doing your business with some privacy, being a newspaper or a roll of kitchen paper and tape to cover the glass."
"Reception staffs were friendly and accommodating and addresses my concerns right away.
If you happened to book a room without AC, make sure to avoid the room facing the train station because in spite of closing the window, you can still hear the train coming and going and it is round the clock so you won’t have any rest at all. Electric fan does not really help during the summer months so you might consider booking a room with AC.
It is not the fault of hotel but just be aware that AC is not a necessity in Europe unless it is during summer months.
Overall, the customer service make up for these little inconveniences as well as the hotel being well maintained and clean."
