As we were travelling by motorcycle it was
appreciated to be offered use of their private garage.
Room was comfortable, clean and we had view over the garden.
The breakfast had home made conserves and bread, plenty of Tea Juice and coffee.
As we had a long day on the bike, the restaurants were a fair walk away and bookings were required, so ordered in that evening and the trust fridge, which had wine and beer to select from was utilised. Most local restaurants seem to shut on the Wednesday evening.

"This is our second stay at this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. Upon our arrival the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, our rooms were clean and bathroom, spotless. The walk into Lille is about ten minutes and the free parking at the hotel is very convenient. The breakfast is varied and last time we stayed we enjoyed a very relaxing evening meal in the hotel restaurant."
"I really like Sejours & Affaires, great reception. My room was very comfortable, very nice linens and towels. Nice selection of tea and coffee and a useful note pad and pen. The kitchen area is very good, with a coffee machine, microwave and double hob. Good supply of pans, crockery and utensils. I made soup very easily. Carrefour is just steps away inside EuroLille shopping centre. Lots of places to eat in the area, and very close to Lille Flandres train station ( 2 minute walk ) and 4 minute walk to Lille Europe train station. I have stayed here many times and will continue to return. Excellent value for money."

"Great value. The staff even let us have our rooms back for a couple of hours after we’d checked out because we were on motorcycles and it started to rain very heavily when we walked outside. There is a de wnt biker pub within a few minutes walk too. Perfect!"
"We did not see the owner at all during the stay. The whole property is full of dust and hasn't been cleaned for a while. There is no breakfast option during weekends (even if paying extra), the kitchen common area is not maintained (trash full of garbage not emptied, milk expired for 2 months in the fridge). It's like if the owner does not care much about the guests. It really felt dirty, unmaintained, and unmanaged. Other clients left after 1 night out of 3 without bothering claiming for refund as they were fed up. It is surprising looking at the past reviews - maybe this is a recent problem."
