"The rooms were quite rundown, so much so that we asked to be moved, there were numerous problems. Our second room was reasonable. The lady in charge, Nancy at the front desk, is wonderful and she is very helpful and friendly. She wasn't there on the day we arrived, and on check-in we found her offsider rude and sulky, not even a smile. Took our order for free breakfast every morning. And the accommodation itself was comfortable and spacious. Had everything that one would need for a perfect stay in Koh lanta. "Our stay at Lanta Miami was bliss. This is such a peaceful place and fantastic for a 3 star resort. We had a family beach bungalow and it was spacious with 2 king beds. Daily cleaning was really appreciated. The pool area does need a bit of updating but there’s so much shade and the pool is kept so clean. Being right on the beach was wonderful.
