"Great hotel in a convenient location. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The room was clean, staff was great. Our flight wasn't until 6pm so they gave us the option of coming back to the hotel after we had gone snorkeling to shower and clean up. It was a great option for us. Highly recommend!!!"

"The day after the Kona Low storm the open lobby was available for a wonderful hot breakfast. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, even though everything around them was affected. Our room was on the mauka side and the view in the morning was lovely. Quiet and well-kept, would definitely stay again"

"Given that our stay was the week of a horrendous storm the staff were friendly and courteous. Housekeeping provided great service with friendly attitudes. Hotel providing guests with breakfast and dinner was a very generous offering. Thank you!"

"Room was 241 was horrible. When asked the owner to correct the issues They just accused us of insane things and ignored us. We paid to move respond. Expedia only reimbursed 1/2 because owner said they addressed it even though they didn’t. We had many pictures showing issues and zero attempt was made to correct it. Will we be use Expedia gain "

"Would never go back. This place had no A/C so it was way too hot inside even with the fans. If you park after 8pm it’s a block walk around the building just to get in due to door to the parking lot being locked up. Was never told about the construction going on upstairs that started at 8am. They were tearing up the flooring and it was so loud we couldn’t even talk to each other. Will say the view was great and it was close to everything. But the heat and loud construction made our stay miserable. Don’t book this place unless you are used to living in a house that is over 80 degrees "
