"The hotel is in a perfect location. Just a short walk from the rail station. The town is beautiful. Reminds me of Florence. The views from the 12th floor were awesome. The clerk was great. She let us in to our room early because it was ready. We were very tired. Only problem was that we opened the blinds and the day was very warm. The AC unit could not cool the room. Had a hard time going to sleep. Had I known the AC could not cool the room, I would have kept the blinds closed. Not sure if it would have made a difference."

"I had a fantastic experience traveling with my family, including a teenager, at the IMLAUER Hotel Pitter Salzburg. The hotel is centrally located, exceptionally clean, and features very spacious, well-maintained rooms, with everything we needed feeling like it was within walking distance. A major highlight was the great Sky Bar lounge, and we loved that there are excellent food options right nearby. The only minor drawback is that the parking situation can be a little tricky to navigate, but overall, it was an outstanding family stay and I would absolutely choose this hotel again."

"I had a decent stay here. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, maintained, and the rooms are comfortable, even if they run a little on the smaller side. The main drawback is the location. It is not particularly convenient if you are looking to spend most of your time in the city center. Getting back and forth took a bit of effort/time. Overall, if you don't mind commuting a bit for sightseeing or if you just need a reliable, clean place to sleep, it’s a fine option. Otherwise, you might want to look for something a bit more central."

"This hotel puts you right in the heart of one of the most busy areas of the city. You can walk to cafes, restaurants, and deserts. However, the front staff was resistant to give advice on where to eat or even discuss the amenities of the hotel itself. In a word, they acted aloof. Still, the room was clean, and neat, and fulfilled our needs. The city is small enough to walk almost anywhere and that is the strength of this hotel, its location."

"Just a block from the Salzburg Hbf, this hotel has several nice features: modern rooms, lots of greenery, separated recycling, bicycle rentals available ... and even a free apple to take away as you explore the city. However, there were a few annoyances: no electric kettle with coffee or tea in the room, and only an expensive breakfast buffet available rather than an a la carte option. I also disliked filling in my own registration information on an unfamiliar touchscreen form while two reception clerks stood there and waited for me to complete it."
