Great location with beach view from the hotel. Walkable distance to the beach and taxi station. Additionally lots of dining options around the area. Room was a decent size with a cute balcony but shower/toilet was very small and also the lift (can barely fit 3 people). Cleanliness was on really good (cleaned the rooms everyday). However staff were not very approachable on the first day.Overall very good location and average property for the price we paid.

It’s not great place to stay
They are not transparent for booking time . What is good here ? 1. Break fast 2. Cleaning .3 beach is near by 4. Parking . What is not good . 1. Staff are not supportive . 2. Not listed room on website clearly . Very small size room with not clear view of beach . 3. They not warm up our kids milk or any personal food .

I’m pleasant surprise how amazing this hotel is very clean and the restaurant and the hotel they have amazing food very close to the beach from the balcony I can see a beach and a lot of restaurants and store around this area.

A LITTLE GEM OF HOTEL
Felt really safe at this hotel being a solo traveller, rooms cleaned everyday, bottled water replenished everyday, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, excellent food, always freshly cooked, a nice comfortable hotel 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Although a 3 star hotel, this is an excellent hotel in my opinion. It is excellent value for money, the rooms are perfectly adequate, the staff are friendly and very helpful and seem to genuinely like working there. It is 2 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes walk to a busy shopping street with bars and restaurants. The buffet breakfast is very good and the standard of food is very good also, my only criticism is that for me the portions are too large, although I know some tourists like this.

The staff is exceptional from reception to dining personnel. Everyone is helpful with a very positive attitude. The breakfast is abundant with made to order omelets and daily changing soup (I loved the hot yogurt soup). Fitness center was adequate but would benefit from A/C. Room was small but had a balcony with a wonderful view. However the frigobar was basically a box and did not work to even keep bottled water cold. There is no safe in the room although reception offered to keep my valuables with them. The doors to the shower did not slide properly on their rollers so it’s very hard to open and shut them. The proximity to the beach and its boardwalk are its biggest asset.

This place is awesome! The location of the hotel is great and they have a great selection of breakfast. The friendliest staff I've met in a long time. I got a better deal than I was in expecting. I’ll definitely be back!

I highly recommend avoiding this location for a number of reasons, here is what happened to us. We had booked reservations 2 months in advance. We had been emailing with the staff about airport pick up service that never materialized. When we arrived after midnight for our check-in for a triple room we were met with a staff member (who was probably overworked and exhausted) that was not helpful at all. Essentially, our room had a “technical problem” and they only had one room available that would only fit 2 out of 3 of us. The staff shrugged us off and said it’s all he had. We spent the next couple of hours hunting down and trying to find a last minute room to sleep at with no help from the hotel. The reception staff justes yawned and watched us frantically try to come up with a solution. Even when we asked to see the one room that was available to see if we could make it work we were met with resistance, and that was because the room was not clean at all and the bathroom was gross. This was our experience yours may be different but I’d never go back again.

Due to the high workload in the summer, we send payment links to all guests in advance of arrival to guarantee all guests a room and we also asked you to indicate your check-in time but there was no response. The room was provided as you booked, a standard room for 3 people. We are very sorry that didn't meet your expectations. We also checked all messages regarding the transfer, but no request came from you.Every guest is important to us and we try to do the best for their comfortable stay at the hotel.For our part, we would like to make your stay as pleasant as possible if you decide to come to us again.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and two children. We enjoyed our stay, my boys loved the pool. Staff were friendly. We did have to keep asking cleaner for clean towels and sheets as our room wasn’t been cleaned. Overall a great stay.
