"The room had a double bed, a small drink bar, a small clothes hanger, a tight bathroom, and a chair. Everything was super clean and the service was amazing. The owner helped us a lot with everything. The only thing that was a little off was the bathroom. It was super clean and we'll-served but it was a small bathroom that was a little tight. But everything else was super amazing. Since it's also a pub and a kitchen (that closes around 2-3 a.m.!) you can get services at any time you may think of....

"Everything at our stay was brilliant. The only thing for lower than perfect rating was due to repetition of same meals across the days, having limited options in Turkish cuisine. Lastly the lunch hours were tad short."

The staff, right from greeting you when you leave are treating you like family. The spa, the hairdresser in the same hotel, also the store ,they're very nice. "This was our second stay at Swandor Topkapı. While we enjoyed our first visit more, we still had some positive experiences this year. Unfortunately, our room was not as comfortable as before, the beds could have been better, and the air conditioning was not working properly. We also felt that the customer relations team could have been friendlier and more attentive. We appreciated Efe Bey listening to our problems and trying to problem solve. On the positive side, we thoroughly enjoyed dining at the Hürrem Restaurant. Şükrü was an exceptional waiter who provided outstanding service. Sadabat had a pleasant personality. The music was wonderful and added to the pleasant atmosphere. We hope these areas can be improved, as the hotel has many great qualities and we would like to see it return to the high standard we experienced during our first visit."
