This is my first time checked in to the hotel. The hotel staffs are very friendly from front desk to house keeping. Room is very spacious, but one thing that need to improve Is the bathtub which is too high. It's very difficult to get in and out of the bathtub particularly for older folks. Upon checked out, I left my jacket in the wardrobe. Called the hotel staff, and the jacket is still there! And they are so kind enough to help me deliver to my home address without hesitation.
