aircond tak sejuk,was ask to wait,after 3 hours,not cold,claim dah servis,tapi tak buka pun check,wait until 12am still same,ended asking for fan..seriously..stay hotel guna kipas? they have to servis or upgraded the aircond

The room very small. Like very difficult to breath. Craked on the wall and floor. We rented a water boiler for RM6. Overall, we don't like the stay.

Moderate.
The hotel is bit old and furnitures too. The power supply switches need to improve some are not working. However it is a moderate conditions, summaries to say it is a bit out of town area.

Things to improve
Wi-Fi stated on the promotion but at hotel still under upgrading service.
Need to pay parking instead of free parking for hotel guest.
The main door so tied to open and the shower door will disturb the opening and closing of the door during shower.

room to improve, can improve to be better hotel
-room light too limited, this make housekeeping staff not able to spot dust and web on floor n wall.
-notice there is ants on the table making way along to wall too, its time to do some pest control.
-local breakfast not bad, kitchen staff need to always stay alert and top up food when food is running low.
-ventilation fan in toilet malfunction, housekeeping and maintenance staff should always check and report room condition.
-no room wifi and LAN port not working too.
room to improve, can improve to be better hotel with better management to manage operation staff.

The hotel is quite old and although the bedroom is clean, the bed and pillow were not comfortable and there is no WiFi in the room. Breakfast was good. Location is far from city centre- 20min with taxi. Not walking distance.

At first my TV wasnt functioning well, and i was unable to lock my door. Called the receptionist and they upgraded me to a better, bigger room. I would suggest to check everything first before settlingg in.

The hotel is very close to a convenience store and thr 1Borneo mall so it was easy to find places to shop. The hotel restaurant has a beautiful view of the mountains at sunrise and sunset.

my stay was not good nor good.. the hotel was ok.. the parking should be improve.. the hotel charge you rm10 for parking in front of the hotel. The Parking should be free especially dedicated parling for the hotel.
The hotel was nothing compare to the picture .. Quite disappointed with the hotels condition
