"I’m really surprised that this is a five star hotel because most it looks like a three star. The area is very updated and not clean, our bathroom had mould and hair in it so we went downstairs and they switched our rooms however although there was no hair, there was still quite a bit of mould in the bathroom showers. The service is nice as they delivered things to the room quickly, but the cost of things and how is labelled as five star stars is definitely not worth it and is untrue ."
