The breakfast is stopped at 10:30 am and lunch started at 12 noon. I tried to caught a bus at 12:10 to airport, so there's nothings available between the hour. I went to airport early. And the AC wasn't working properly, the temperature was up and down that matched with the thermostat.

We travelled with 2 coeliacs (gluten allergy) and options were very limited for them at all restaurants / cafe. The resort was otherwise as pictured, and offered everything it said it would. Eaton HK
Maintenance staff were not well trained !!! Got problem with TV n staff was not able to resolve the problem n gave silly reasons for unable to do it. Problem sorted out only when asked manager to look into the problem !!!!!!! Have been staying in Eaton for years n never encounter this before
