It's our nice clean hotel, extra bed fitted well for our teenage daughter and also friendly&helpful staff. Totally appreciated it. There's slightly review from you about this 1.No lift? You might have stayed on building B which no elevator. An elevator is on another building A. it's in consideration period to do a connecting between 2 building. 2.The hotel was quite bland with no real atmosphere? In actually, our team design looks modern dark colour so I'm truly sorry you felt differently, therefore, like to apologise. Thank you again for sharing this problem to our team's attention We're on the way to keep pushing our service like we've already brought it to you all. it would be such a pleasure to personally welcome you come back to our hotel again next time.

You kindly share us your superb experience about our comfy bed, clean room, daily changed bed sheet which was good in the heat and humidity and also friendly & helpful staff. I totally appreciated it. There's 2 slightly review from you 1.It's the plug holes were a little large for standard European 2 pin plugs meaning it was a balancing act to get some to stay in? I'm sorry you're uncomfortable with our power outlet in room that not the same standard with your devices but our hotel provide world adapter service just deposit 200 THB then when you return we will return your cash back. 2.One major drawback was the lack of lift in block B? I terribly sorryabout this. On building B which no elevator. An elevator is on another building A. it's in consideration period to do a connecting between 2 building. Thank you again for your valuable feedback as it helps us identify the areas we can improve the guest experience. If you would be willing to give us a chance to turn your experience around.
