I booked a family room as it was listed for 5 guests. However, upon getting there they told me that it was maximum 3 adults and that we would need to pay extra. Upon getting to the room, it was very outdated and not like the other rooms. We were disappointed. It was also not close to the town, but they had a shuttle that ran every hour to drive us there. Breakfast buffet was included and was amazing!

I did give this resort a three but I almost gave it a two. My rating is 2.5 This resort was out of the way but had a shuttle to Ao Nang Beach which was convenient. It is about 40 minutes into Krabi town. The sky bar was great, offering a beautiful sunset and great drinks. We also really enjoyed our meal in the rooftop restaurant. We however, had some serious issues with cleanliness in our room. The room smelled of mildew. When we arrived the floor looked as if it hadn’t been mopped. I stepped on a piece of glass and I didn’t break any glass. The sheets had not been changed since the previous guest - the pillow had a funny smell and there were black specs of dirt and sand in them. Worse when my husband lifted the pillow and there were eyelash extensions from the last guest!!!! We immediately addressed the sheet issue with the staff and they handled it professionally having someone come change the sheets immediately which was appreciated. Our other challenge was that they didn’t put new towels in the room on the second day so we had to ask for towels. The staff seemed a little annoyed by this but did provide us with new towels. In general the staff were helpful and kind. We wouldn’t stay again here due to the issues with our room but would recommend the sky bar.

Thank you for your feedback about a stay you had in November 2023, at the time we apologised to you and it was accepted so I am quite surprised to see a negative review 4 months later, I can assure you as we did at the time the sheets and all linens were change between all guest stays, I am glad you have highlighted that it was all handled professionally at the time, but again with the towels we have the green room program and if towels are left on the floor they are replaced so we are sorry you needed to ask on the second day

Best hotel in Krabi!
Ya, Hasan and the team were so helpful and went above and beyond throughout our stay. From start to finish it was flawless - the facilities were great, breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. We loved our time here so much we have decided to amend our plans so we can come back for a few more days. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Absolutely wonderful hotel the place the staff were attentive, friendly and efficient couldn’t do enough for you was perfect in all ways . Upgraded to a pool access villa which was so lovely definitely worth the extra money. Definitely recommend this hotel

Immersed in nature.
Excellent hotel. Beautiful nature views from all the rooms. Well made hotel in excellent condition. Organic breakfast with a varied selection. Very helpful staff. The owners gave us free transport to the airport as we had paid for a night that we didn’t use. Magnificent feeling of being at one with nature.

Lovely mountain retreat
It was a lovely treat in the mountains. I wanted something a bit different and this was gorgeous. Beautiful pool and rooms as well as very helpful staff and lovely owners. Good food and breakfast also!

Anana is a haven set well back from the buzzy town. Great facilities, and even yoga classes are included. Great breakfast although some slightly odd options in the mix. Sophisticated and multicultural guests saying here, no lads on tour which was a relief

Best value for money The team is incredibly welcoming and happy to assist. The hotel is 10min from the ebullient center by car by the hotel has every hotel shuttles to there. Strongly recommended

Concern for the environment in hotel practices was great! Staff encouraged us to visit the beach near there by longboat. What a great suggestion. Loved the shuttle service. Staff set up our transfer to an island, taxi, bus, ferry and taxi and the transfer went well. No problems. Definitely stat again.

Hotel was lovely! Room was spacious and it was spotlessly clean. We loved the pool. The shuttle was useful however it was in demand so it would be good to have more than one an hour, especially coming back to the hotel at peak times. Also it was quite hard to get a taxi back late one night, all drivers were trying to rip us off, including official taxis so some later ones would be useful. The breakfast was good, one of the better ones I've had in Thailand but the juices were too sweet and artificial - Thailand has such lovely fruit, a juice station would go down well! Also lots of issues with the coffee machines and the coffee wasn't great! Overall a good stay though!

Was disappointed that there were no Ebooker platinum perks - no room upgrade despite rooms still being available to book online and the ‘free breakfast’ was in fact free for everyone! I’d chosen this for being a VIP hotel but it is not so I would suggest that this is taken off the VIP list. That aside, hotel was lovely! Room was spacious and it was spotlessly clean. This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing view. We had the best massages at the spa. Highly recommend this location. They offer transport to ao nang beach hourly. It was very relaxing and quiet. We did some morning complimentary yoga and enjoyed the amenites. The staff was super friendly and helpful !

Lovely rooms, excellent breakfasts and fantastic Thai and international food from the restaurants, nice rooftop bar and restaurant with good views. We had amazing massages. Restaurant service was friendly service but it could be slow and more than once they forgot our orders or got them wrong. There often seemed to be trucks idling noisily for ages outside the main entrance which we could hear on our balcony and at the pool, which wasn't very relaxing, nor was the traffic on the road running past the hotel. Nevertheless we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was so kind and helpful! A free shuttle service allowed us to go into town whenever we wanted. We used the in house tour guide for several day adventures as well. The spa was quiet and relaxing. We got massages almost every day. The rooftop bar/restaurant had beautiful views of the limestone cliffs and ocean. Tee restaurant in the jungle (just behind the resort) was a fun local spot to grab food as well. I don’t think you can find a better place for this price anywhere else in the world!

Rooms were good and comfortable although the sounds coming from other adjacent rooms and corridors were louder than expected. Breakfast was good but not lunch with the exception of Pad See Ew. The reception staff and activities desk were very helpful. The shuttle service that ran almost hourly was a bonus. They were very accommodating. Wolfgang was always around to talk to customers and see to their needs.
