we got an upgrade to a suite, because the room with ocean view we booked, wasn't availible anymore. had a great stay there. very comfortable bed and stunning view. breakfast was good for the price and cocktails also. if we go back to krabi, we would stay there again. location also good, possible to walk to the beach in few minutes

This was a return visit based on a stay several weeks earlier at this well located, well designed, comfortable hotel with excellent service levels. A minor online complaint was responded to within 15 minutes by phone and a non-dairy creamer was available at breakfast the next day.
