It was ok.
Did not have a smooth check-in. Was referred from one building to another and then back to the first building before they can find my booking. Appears that not all the staff in the front reception knows how to use their own microwave. The room was clean. Location good.

A decent stay.
Hotel is relatively new. Friendly staff. Most amenities usually found in a hotel room are instead located in the check in lobby. Bed and pillow is not really ideal for sleeping (bed slightly sunken in). Overall, a clean hotel at a slightly expensive price point.

Clean and comfort!
Is a very new hotel. Overall is good. Clean and comfortable. Is a good deal for budget stay. Near to street walk. Walking distance to food stall, massage center, bank(currency exchange), 7-11 and motorbike renting shop. No hair dryer provide in the room. Which u have to pay 100baths deposit to get the hairdryer from reception for only 2 hours. 24 hours reception which is very convenient for all the guests.

This is a great hotel and great value for money. There was only 1 big problem! The air conditioning is not strong enough to chill the room, it was like being in an oven some of the time. I got use to it, but the guy I traveled with was not one bit happy. Having said that, he does love a good moan thought! Noel

Lobby is to small and can be a better hotel. Constructions are infront made alot of noise at night. Photos seems to be very nice but not at all, better options near.

Its just like in the pictures but starting to look old. Its clean, functional and ugly. I expected a little more, like laundry, either coin machines or hotel service, area information, local maps etc... But they don't provide any of that.

Great value and clean. Free hot chocolate!
Ended up only staying for one night due to bad weather but the hotel was great value for money. Only complaint was the wifi kept dropping but you could still use it occassionally. The free hot chocolate in the lobby is a nice touch. I would stay here again.

Excellent budget hotel.
An excellent budget hotel. Comfy bed, good air conditioning a fab little fridge, nice staff, very clean. Everything you need, even access to a microwave in public area. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Most comfortable bed in Thailand!
This was the most comfortable bed we had in Thailand. The AC and wifi were strong. The staff was very pleasant though not everyone spoke English but since I don't speak Thai, I find that to be quite acceptable. One of their tenets is safety which we appreciated. We always felt our belongings were secure and there was a security guard at night. The only way in which they could improve would be to install a fan in the bathroom to draw out moisture. The ceiling was a touch moldy but for that level of comfort and convenience, we closed the bathroom door and only used when needed.

3 days in Krabi town
Total bargain at 510 baht a night for a double with good air con and balcony. Perfectly clean and lived up to expectations in every way. No bar, no restaurant, but why would you need these when you're a stones through from the great day and night food markets and Thai life. This place was a great base for the few days we spent here.

Good location - easy walk to Night Market and food markets. Hotel seems pretty new - very clean, good wifi, good water pressure. Staff is friendly and speak sufficient English. No complaints.

Nice, inexpensive hotel to stay 1 night. Service is very good, rooms and overall is very clean. Mattresses are extremely firm so who liles them soft it is not for you but overall is excellent for the money.

The hotel is at Krabi Town, which is a super small town but good if you are there during rainy season as there are at least 2 night markets on weekends. The bed was comfortable, the room & bathroom was clean. The hotel itself is new and is 5 mins walk to thr centre of Krabi town where you can find good roadside Pad Thai, Abdullah Hallal Restaurant, and of course the night markets. I think the tour operator around is also slightly cheaper than in Ao Nang. One thing that I would comment on is that the room was not huge. But then again, it's super value for the price.

Very confortable, clean and good staff but your better too stay in ao nang beach next too the beach and next to a lot of restaurant, bar and shop. It has a lot of cheap and good hotel in ao nang too.

Good for an overnight stay before your flight
We only stayed one night to get to Krabi airport early the next morning. Place was great for what we needed! Staff were friendly and helped us locate a doctor when my partner tripped and split his toe on the kerbing outside! All in all I think did the job, we hadn't a great sleep!

Very clean room and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's just around the corner from some restaurants, laundry service and post office. My only complaint would be that you can hear everything in the hallway. Otherwise a great place to place.

Not too sure what was superior about the superior twin room. Was basic, very modern, and clean. The balcony was quite small and couldn't hang any wet clothes properly. Easy walk into town. Receptionists very polite and professional. Loved the free tea / coffee / hot drinks until 11am!

Hotel is basic, but more than what you'd expect for price and rating. Comfy bed, adequate space, great shower. Close to town and ferry for day excursions. Would stay again in an instance.

It was surprising satisfactory to stay overnight there on such a buget pricing. Agree that receptionist is not as friendly as other places.however, noticing all lot local staying there as well. Supposed not a tourist only, but a more for local on budget biz trip. Staff can not speak English very well however can understand very well. It was told by a staff that i neex to go to airport by taxi not shuttle bus in a not very nice way, but it turned out she is totally right. Overall no complaints.Especially cleanliness and comfi bed definitely worth every penny.

This hotel is neat and clean, similar to what you'd expect from a budget hotel in the UK. Towels changed every day, comfy bed. The lights in our room were really strange, the sequence to turn things off and on was confusing.
