Lovely stay

Nice property, liked the Natural touch. Included half board with great sky view option and lively pool. Room was comfy, was also able to wash clothes for cheap. Staff is nice and the shuttle downtown is great. Recommended.

Best stay in Krabi.

Our favorite resort in Thailand. Terrific staff, awesome views at the rooftop restaurant/bar. Free shuttle to long boats it easy BOLT / Taxi ride to Railley.Neach it anywhere. A hidden gem just outside the bustle of AO Nang.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the property was pristine! I enjoyed an incredible massage at the spa with a great discount. By far, the food at this resort was amazing! The dinner options were plentiful and the quality of meals was exceptional - fresh and flavourful! The breakfast buffet was also good with a little something for everyone. Very nice place to stay and just enjoy some rest and relaxation without leaving the resort.

Not a 5 star property. Cons: bugs in room multiple times. No high-end extras. Room was dirty and had many flaws. Pros: Really enjoyed the shuttle service provided to and from town.

Best value for money The team is incredibly welcoming and happy to assist. The hotel is 10min from the ebullient center by car by the hotel has every hotel shuttles to there. Strongly recommended

Immersed in nature.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful nature views from all the rooms. Well made hotel in excellent condition. Organic breakfast with a varied selection. Very helpful staff. The owners gave us free transport to the airport as we had paid for a night that we didn’t use. Magnificent feeling of being at one with nature.

Perfect hotel

Ananana Egological hotel was absolutely magical. We had a wonderful few days at this hotel. Clean, tidy and pleasant staff. Fantastic villa with direct access to the pool. A fantastic restaurant on the roof terrace. The hotel had such great common areas that we didn't want to visit the center of Ao Nang, it was nicer to stay at the hotel. The breakfast is the best I've had in all of Thailand. Professional staff who do their utmost to keep the hotel to a good standard. We had SPA massages every day. It was brilliant. Will definitely come back again. PERFECT HOTEL! 10/10!

Concern for the environment in hotel practices was great! Staff encouraged us to visit the beach near there by longboat. What a great suggestion. Loved the shuttle service. Staff set up our transfer to an island, taxi, bus, ferry and taxi and the transfer went well. No problems. Definitely stat again.

Don't be lured by Low price and "free breakfast"

Rundown 3 star at best. Front desk does not comply with customer requests. They lie about the info in order to avoid accommodating customer requests. Terrible Noise insulation, which makes the room feel like sleeping on the street. Curtains do not block sunlight. Too far the sea and everything else. First and last stay.

Was disappointed that there were no Ebooker platinum perks - no room upgrade despite rooms still being available to book online and the ‘free breakfast’ was in fact free for everyone! I’d chosen this for being a VIP hotel but it is not so I would suggest that this is taken off the VIP list. That aside, hotel was lovely! Room was spacious and it was spotlessly clean. We loved the pool. The shuttle was useful however it was in demand so it would be good to have more than one an hour, especially coming back to the hotel at peak times. Also it was quite hard to get a taxi back late one night, all drivers were trying to rip us off, including official taxis so some later ones would be useful. The breakfast was good, one of the better ones I’ve had in Thailand but the juices were too sweet and artificial - Thailand has such lovely fruit, a juice station would go down well! Also lots of issues with the coffee machines and the coffee wasn’t great! Overall a good stay though!

everything was good and understandable except

The room was nice. same with the picture. And this hotel was quiet far from the beach but had shuttle bus(tuktuk?) running. but, had some terrible things. i booked here about 1m before check in. but after i book, the price keep going lower and lower. so i had to call hotels.com and get price guarantee. it quiet tiresome. but before check in date, the price became about 30% but this was understandable. its better to get guest. even it makes people who booked here early as a fool. but the thing that made me angry was attitude of staff to my wife. it was 09 DEC morning time. she was trying to exchange the money (just small money) but fd said exchange is not available. It is ok i understand. but my wife asked 1more time and asked it just small money (i remember it was about 5 or 10dollars). staff could say nice. but their face was like we are bothering them a lot. so i just said sorry and got out from hotel. i didnt want to ruin my trip with argueing them. i understand that exchange is not available even small money. but couldn't you speak more nice and smile? just asked twice. was it so bothering you like that? everything was good. krabi was wonderful and hotel condition was also ok. but the attitude of FD staff almost ruined our trip. I'll never stay in this hotel even i go to krabi again.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings war das Frühstück nicht besonders vielfältig und ansprechend. Die Anlage hat auch nach Abwasser/Kanälen gerochen, wenn man aus dem Zimmer raus kam. Bad hatte Schimmel und die ganze Anlage hatte einige Schönheitsmakeln. Das Hotel war in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders einzigartig.

zoals je het mag verwachten, uitstekend gewoon.

Superleuk hotel op een fijne lokatie nabij het centrum. Alles is gericht om je een prettig verblijf te bezorgen. Het personeel is ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam en je ziet dat zij er als team zin in hebben en gemotiveerd zijn om er iets moois van te maken. Een bijzondere ervaring en complimenten aan de eigenaar die zijn gezicht ook laat zien.

Excellent stay.

Nice hotel. Room is clean and cozy. Bed is comfortable with four pillows on the king size bed. Breakfast buffet spread is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room overlooks a range of limestone rocks so it was very scenic.
