Hotel was okay. Owner complained I was in my room too much and therefore using too much air conditioning, which was no more than a few hours per day, since there was a ceiling fan. Sorry, I can stay in the room all day if I want, my choice. Also Expedia says check out at 11, she demanded 10 AM. The excuse for this discrepancy was "Covid." That's an old excuse. More like someone's house, not a hotel.

Thank you for your review and why you never ever say thank you to me that I had upgraded you from Standard room to Superior Room for the whole 5 nights which you always was in your room. As well as why you never mentioned that I allowed you to check in early by 14.00 but I guess you saw my hotel's stand wrote about check in and check out time at the hotel reception when you first checked in but you ignored to acknowledge. I just asked you that where would you to go during you were staying here and why you alway was in the room and air conditioning will work hard so please turn off and on to prolong our air conditioning but you said you just turned off a few hours ago and also you need to find your job online. From that time I never said anything about air conditioning at all and you still act the same habit. Otherwise thanks again for your review and also thanks for always staying in the hotel room for 5 nights. Also it is a lodge which is type of hotel which managed by inn owner but I can be a hotel because there are restaurant, travel agency that you never use the service so you alway bought things from 7-11 and had in the room. Please read about what different between Lodge and Hotel below:The main difference between a lodge and a hotel is the size and type of accommodation they offer.Lodges are typically smaller, more intimate establishments that provide basic amenities such as beds, bathrooms, and sometimes kitchenettes.Hotels on the other hand tend to be larger in scale with more luxurious amenities such as swimming pools, spas, restaurants or bars.Additionally hotels often have additional services like room service or concierge services which lodges may not offer.Sorry to inform you that I am graduated in Hotel & Tourism, Hotel & Restaurant Management & Culinary Arts from The State so I knew what different and how to name my hotel. Nice Hotel Located at Krabi Town
- Hotel located at the heart of Krabi Town. Easy to access Airport, night market and morning market. So many street shops along the road. The delicious noodle shop is just beside the hotel. - the hotel owner is warmly welcome us and arranged everything about our day tours. If ur first time to Krabi, please don’t worry where to go and what to do. She will arrange and guide for u everything. - we are very happy our holidays trips to stay at this hotel and strongly recommend to stay there. Overall thanks you to the owner.

Very helpful staff!
We stayed here for 2 nights while in Krabi! The lady at the front desk was very helpful and spoke very good English! Rooms were decent! I would definitely stay here again

Great stay!
The stay here was great! The woman who runs the guesthouse was amazing. We got to krabi not sure what we were going to do , but she helped us out with all of our plans. The location is good and it is right next to a night market. If we come back we will definitely stay here again, Would highly recommend staying here!

Friendly!!
Nachapat is the friendly face that will greet you and help with whatever you need plus give good local advice. The hotel is in a great location and nice and quiet. The room is a good size, bathroom a bit small but had the necessities :) will definitely stay here should we return!

Clean, friendly but a little too much snow
The area we stayed in was krabi town which we didn't realise was so far from the beach but there is a taxi shuttle which leaves from outside 7/11 and is just 50 bhat to get to au nang beach and the monkeys! The hotel itself is basic but adequate. The TV however should not even be in the room unless you want to watch fuzzy snow on screen. The staff were very pleasant but maybe overly keen to get you interested in tours. They do offer free beach mats which was a nice touch. They also cleaned the room every day we were there which was unheard of in some of the places we stayed and we had complimentary toiletries too. Tea and coffee making facilities would make this even better.

good location for market and further excursions
the location of this hotel is good. it is near the night market. The owner of this hotel will help you with finding excursions etc. but we later find out that she is charging too much for it. the room is clean and comfortable, the only thing we didn't like was the bathroom. the shower was right next (on) the toilet which made it difficult to shower.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff!
The nicest hotel staff with very clean rooms. A short walk to the open market and very close to the ferry. Able to buy ferry tickets from the hotel and they'll arrange for a group taxi to pick you up at no charge. The hotel itself and amenities are dated but it's so clean and you feel well taken care of. Well worth the price for the location!

not bad for Krabi
Krabi Town is baggy, its not really near the coast and and doesn't have a very holiday feel to it. We stayed here one night before we went to the airport and it was a disappointment when compared to Aonang and Phi Phi. The actual hotel was ok for the price, However we didn't sleep well because the air conditioning kept banging and making weird noises in the night which woke us up a few times. On the plus, the staff were really nice and friendly and even drove us to the airport which was really kind of them.

Affordable and decent place in central location
Booked last minute and was surprised how good it was for the money. A/C, fridge, hot water and a somewhat comfortable bed. Very good location, close to the shopping area, 7/11 just 100 mtr away. The complimentary breakfast was just 2 loaves of toast and coffee/tea, but it was better than nothing.

There are many guesthouses/hotels in Krabi that are not online, but offer much better facilities for a fraction of the price.

simple budget hotel
The owner was very sweet, but we had a very hard time finding this place, and we had an even harder time finding a decent place to eat nearby. The room had A/C, thank God, but that's about it as far as amenities go. We found a bug in our bed which led to a VERY long and thorough inspection of the room, mattress, etc. We didn't find anything and don't think it was a bed bug, but that's the kind of place we assumed we were staying in. The owner mentioned she's lived in the USA for a while learning hospitality/culinary skills and that she makes the breakfast herself. So we were looking forward to that. It was coffee and toast. We waited a while before we figured out there wasn't anything else coming.

It was low season, and the 2 sisters were more than helpful. The value was very good, and the entire hotel was clean and near to a day market as well as a night market.

Jag är mycket nöjd med Thepparet hotel.
Jag bodde 3 nätter på Thepparet. Lite äldre hotel, med hemtrevliga rum. Rummet var mycket välstädat och det finns AC och kylskåp. Trevlig restaurang, gott kaffe och hembakad äppelpaj. Damen som äger hotellet heter Appel, hon är mycket rar och trevlig. Hon är fantastiskt hjälpsam med allt. Hjälpte mig med boka dagstur med båt till Ao Railean där finns härligt bad, fin strand och höga klippor. Hjälpte också att boka med minibuss till Kho Lanta och chauffören släppte av mig vid hotellet på Kho Lanta. Thepparet ligger mycket centralt med gångavstånd till det nästa. nära matmarknaden som öppnar på kvällen. Många små stånd med kulinariska rätter. Fantastiskt gott. Morgonmarknaden ligger alldeles bakom hotellet. Frukt och grönsaker och färdiga lunchrätter finns att köpa. Om du kommer till Krabi stad kan jag mycket varmt rekommendera Thepparat som är mycket prisvärt och trevligt boende.

Enkelt og primitiv, men har alt du trenger. Ligger midt i sentrum av Krabi, rett ved Night Market og med gåavstand til det meste. Men det beste var eieren av stedet. En utrolig søt og hyggelig dame som var ekstremt hjelpsom. Hvis du ønsker overnatting på budsjett, så anbefaler jeg dette stedet!

Nice place go stay for a couple of days
Nice woman in the reception, Clean Rooms, good wifi no complains how ever. Krabi Town was a bit quiet for our taste, we spend the days at aonang 50bahts travel from Krabi Town on the day with bus and 500 for taxi Home on the evening.

Bra boende för pengarna
Bra boende för cirka 20 Euro. Hotellet ligger ett stenkast från kvällsmarknaden. Man hör dock inget oljud från den. Vi fick ett rent rum som låg med fönstret ut mot baksidan. Vi slapp med andra ord bullret från vägen utanför. Den äldre kvinnan och mannen som verkade driva hotellet var trevliga och serviceinriktade. Det enda negativa var att man får badrum med dusch och toalett i ett, dvs a la Thailandstyle. Var å andra sidan inget som vi tyckte kändes störande.

Best hotelmaneger ever!! She is the sweetest human being who have walked this earth. The rooms aren't much to meet the eye, but clean and fresh and good space. The food at the restaurant is good and this is a perfect place in Krabi town. Apple, who owns the place will also tell you what to do in the area.

Hotellet ligger nära marknaden, väldigt centralt. Inte så nära stranden. För att ta sig till stranden fick man ta buss 100 meter ifrån hotellet vilket åkte ofta. Jättetrevlig personal.

hotel was nice for the payed price! room was pretty small, no window in the bathroom, was not really clean but i guess sufficient for the price. The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful and made up for everything that was not prefect.

Ingen god oplevelse
Det værelse vi havde bestilt og betalt for var udsolgt da vi ankom til hotellet. Meget dårlig service i receptionen der forsøgte at få os til at betale yderligere for et andet værelse. Vi fik derfor meget småt værelse med 1½ mands seng til 2 voksne + 1 barn....der var rent på hotellet men meget slidte og plettede håndklæder + sengetøj. Til morgenmaden som bestod af 3 stk toastbrød oplevede vi at receptionisten meget højlydt smed et italiensk par ud da de brokkede sig over at hun havde snydt dem.... Alt i alt en rigtig dårlig oplevelse. Eneste plus er at det ligger centralt.
