Was a lovely spot to enjoy some relaxing time by the pools, food was great, drinks were nice. Comfy bed, view from our room. Also close to the piers for getting to different islands and tours.

This hotel is beautifully landscaped with flora and fauna It is seated right on the seafront Unfortunately you cannot swim in the sea there but there are pools and plenty of sun lounges The hotel is about 5km from Ao Nang beach with the hotel providing a free shuttle to and fro this area A special mention to the chef at the breakfast egg station for his cheery disposition and welcome in the morning- an important aspect of hospitality Would recommend this hotel as away from noisy Ao Nang and consequently very relaxing

Villa Cha Cha was a beautiful hotel, however I would not stay there again. The service was terrible and almost no one spoke english. Also, there is no service at the pool. The restaurant in the hotel took forever to get anything. This hotel is located about 10 minutes from town which didn't bother us at all.

Villa Cha-Cha definitely a recommend resort to stay for vacation or honeymoon. The beach is the (best part) during the low tide! Trust me, is very romantic there, the surrounding is peaceful. 2 swimming pool with bar beside. This resort provide free shuttle services to Ao Nang Beach. The staff is friendly with their big smile to welcome you. They are glad to further assist to fufill your request. Thumbs up !

Hope you can improve.
This is a new hotel. Some part still not ready. Always fully booked during perk period. Have to check in on time before all room is taken up. And they might send you to nearby hotel but like a 2-3star simple hotel type. I stayed there for 4 days. The view from the room was great. Environment was quiet and calm. Facing the sea is very relaxing. Breakfast was ok. Don’t be too late, there might not have much left. Breakfast from 7-1030am. Room condition is good. Just that kettle and hair dryer was missing. There is a phone in the room but not connected yet. Therefore for each enquiry , have to walk to reception to ask about it. A little troublesome. The bathroom need a little improvement. the flow of the water into the drainage is not smooth. Many time , have to wait more than 30 min for the water to flow down. If not will flood the whole bathroom.

The staff were amazing! The resort had only been open for 3 weeks so many restaurant staff were new but really trying and super friendly My room wasn’t as nice as the online pictures show, but pleasant and comfortable The tide is out all day so don’t go hoping to swim in front of the resort. Lovely at night but not swimmable during the day. Luckily the resort pools are lovely.

This was very nice place with beautiful view from my room balcony the breakfast was not buffet they gave me just a slice of ham T_T if you need more you have to pay for that All the staff was very very friendly, nice and helpful

Ett fint hotell men nästan inga turister. I detta läge hade dem tjänat på att ge oss fina rum jämte varandra. Det räknar man med när det bokas två rum och det fanns tomma rum. Hotellet som sådant med sina stora nya del var jättefint, synd att deluxe rummen med seaview var så slitna och ofräscha. Hotellet är fint och personalen proffsig

Not worth the money
The staff was not too helpful, the language barrier sadly has been an issue! The staff at the bars/ restaurants was pretty friendly tho! The whole hotel and pool area is not to clean, there was a plate with a piece of pizza on day one at a table that hasn't been cleaned until my last day, but a lot of other plates and glasses have been added, the staff has not removed it! The room was also not too clean, there where hairs on the bathroom floor, mold in the shower and the bedsheets had stains that apparently would not go away with washing- friends of mine where staying as well and had the same issue in their room! The "beach" is a joke, I honestly don't understand the comment about it being the best thing about the hotel and perfect for a honeymoon- before 12/2 there was at least some water but after 1 meter you stood in mud, after 2 the tide was low so you had to walk for ages and there where a lot of insects because of the mud and general surroundings. The price was still way too much for what I got- I paid nearly 100 Euros less for a 5 star hotel in Bangkok where everything was clean and nice! The pick up shuttle to the beach worked partly well, one night we wanted to go back and there was no shuttle, we took a tuk tuk and the staff told us that the pick up was full so they returned- which is something you should tell people that wait there! All in all- if you don't HAVE to stay search for another hotel!

First day it was only one plate ( food has prob been taken by animals) then people kept adding stuff! Nobody bothered to clean! That was the area where you went to the rooms!

Lugnt och trevligt hotell
Väldigt bra vistelse! Mysigt hotell, lugnt och avkopplande. Inget att klaga på förutom att personalen i receptionen skulle kunna ha nytta av bättre kunskaper i Engelska. Det fungerade dock bra ändå, men det hade svårt med vissa frågor.

Total disaster
Disgusting/unhealthy pool area. Dirty hotel area. Unpolite staff. Checked out after 10 minutes to save the holidays. Apart from the experience itself the location of the hotel is bad and far away from beaches.

Vattnet försvinner på dagen från stranden. Långsam service i restaurangen, men god mat och billigt. Boka shuttel inne i receptionen 50 bath per person till Ao Nagn.

部屋でWI-FIが使えなかった。 部屋に電話がなかった。 セーフティーボックスが壊れてるとか、 WIFI使えないとか何度もフロントまで歩いて言いに行かなければならなかったし、ローカルコールも出来ずとても不便。 擦り傷をしたのでフロントにbandaidをもらいに行ったら、 ないと言われた！。これで4つ星？2つ星に変更して！ 大晦日はイベントがあるのかとフロントで尋ねたら、YESと返答、詳細についてはべーべキューetc。と詳しくは説明してくれなかった。実際のところ、レストランでバーベキューメニューが選択できるということ以外、何も用意されておらず、両サイドの別のホテルが上げる花火をビーチで見ただけ、おまけにプ―ルサイドでのカクテルサービスもいつも通り早い時間に終わっていた。これならアオナンで売られていたパーティー券を買えばよかったと、後悔した。

แย่มากค่ะ​ Horrible. ตั้งแต่เข้าที่พักเลยค่ะ​ ที่จอดรถไม่เป็นหลักเป็น​แหล่ง​ พนักงานอกให้หาที่จอดเอารอบๆ Since when we were finding where to park, there was no parking lot so one of the people who work at the reception counter told us to park wherever there was a space to. พอเข้าไปถึงห้องพัก​ ตกใจมากค่ะ​ เพราะเล็กมาก​ ไม่สมราคาเลย​ นอกจากจะเล็ก​แล้ว​ ของในห้องยังชำรุด​ เช่นทีวี​ พื้นห้องน้ำแตก​ อุปกรณ์​ในห้องน้ำมีสนิมขึ้น​ อ่างล้างหน้ามีรอยแตก​ ราวแขวนผ้าในห้องน้ำหัก(สภาพคือเหลือ​แค่ตัวยึดสองข้าง)​ มือจับตู้เสื้อผ้าหลุด When we went into the room, we both were shocked because it was very small comparing to the money we paid for it. Moreover, things inside were broken e.g. TV is partly damaged, bathroom floor broken (a lot), rusted bathroom shelf, no clothes hanger because it was broken and gone, etc. บริการในห้องก็เหมือนมึนๆค่ะ​ ให้ยาสระผมมาสองขวด​ วางติดกัน​ แต่ไม่มีสบู่เหลวให้เลย​ มีแค่สบู่ก้อนเล็กๆที่อ่างล้างหน้า สระว่ายน้ำมีหลายสระค่ะ​ แต่ไม่ทราบว่าใช้​ได้จริงกี่สระ​ หนึ่งในนั้นแน่ๆคือมีเศษใบไม้ลอยอยู่​ และน้ำเริ่มเหลืองแล้วค่ะ​ เก้าอี้บริเวณ​นั้น​ทั้ง​หมด​ก็สกปรกเหมือนไม่ได้ใช้งาน/ดูแลมานาน เวลาเดินในห้องก็มีเสียงค่ะ​ สำหรับห้องที่ติดกันเลยได้ยินเสียงและรู้สึกสั่นตามการเดิน​ กลางคืนก็เลยมีเสียงทำให้​นอนไม่ค่อยหลับค่ะ อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างหลากหลาย​ แต่การบริการเป็นแบบไม่ค่อยสนใจลูกค้าค่ะ​ (ที่เจอกับตัว) การหมุนเวียนจานถ้วยก็ไม่ทัน​ ทำให้ลูกค้าหลายคนรอนานมาก นอกจากวิวกับอาหารเช้าแล้ว​ ก็ไม่ประทับใจอะไรเลยค่ะ​ (นอนโรงแรมข้างๆดีกว่ามาก​ บริการดีกว่า​ ค่าห้องถูกกว่าเยอะ)​
