Great location just 5 mins from the beach and longboats to take you on the various tourist trips. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. For the most part very quiet for a good nights sleep.

It was in a very very coinvent area and extremely close to aonang beach, only a 2 min walk to the strip. The staff was really nice and the rooms were nice and clean. They come everyday to clean the room.

Clean and perfect for four.

The hotel was perfect for us. We needed a clean place close to the Ao Nang beach for a good price. This hotel was very clean with 4 individual beds. The room had a nice shower and separate toilet with 4 individual beds, each with a curtain and there are also lockers for your stuff. Completely clean with daily room service. Also a self-service laundry. The location was key. About 1/8 mile from the beach or less. Surrounded by street markets. I very much recommend the Sultan restaurant between the hotel and the beach.

Very poor hotel needs more care and upgrades

First there’s no hot water in the shower, the water comes 2 minutes and goes away, the buffet very poor, no choice of food is available. The hotel is not worth it more than 2 stars.

Not a place to go if you want peace and quiet, often couldnt sleep. However the hotel behind it with which it had a breakfast and swimmingpool deal, behind it was amazing. Staff at both hotels were lovely and helpful, though I had to remind the cleaners to clean my room. Room spartan and basic. But central and nearto the beach. Otherwise it was more like a boarding house with multiple bed rooms. Should definstely have been cheaper for my noisy double room

The water pressure in the washroom is poor. It kept stopping, was unsure with how the heater pump works as the water kept exchanging from hot to cold. The air conditioning was too slow, the air had to be manually adjusted to powerful as it was too warm. The structure of the sink being inside the room space was a little unusual.

The location is very good, close to the beach and plenty of surrounding amenities. The hotel itself looked relatively new but not looked after. During our stay we were woken up twice by other guests banging down doors (one actually broken down and damaged) but because no one is on reception overnight nothing could be done. Room and balcony were not cleaned properly, towels smelly and sheets not changed during 4 night stay. We were able to use the pool in the neighbouring hotel which was great however this was dirty and green around tiles and lighting and bird poo all over sun loungers. Staff not bothered at all when another guest mentioned it to them. Such a shame as this could be a lovely place to stay.

The room wasn't clean

The room is not clean, the floor and bed sheet wasn't clean I reported the bed sheet with red stains and I asked to change it during check in I went out for a dinner and when I returned to the room at night they didn't change it and nobody was in the front desk, The next day person that clean the didn't change it

The hotel was okay, but the overall cleanliness of the hotel was not ideal. The room also smelled like sewage and there were small ants everywhere. Another unfortunate thing was that the hotel had openings to the outside and since there’s a lot of music in the streets the sounds was carried well into the building due to the openings meaning you could hear the music inside the room. We had a room close to this opening which is probably why we could hear it well.

Property for the price is very good. My biggest complaint in traveling in the area is the lack of response whether it be emails or phone calls there’s nothing. We booked our trip well in advance and asked many questions and had no response whatsoever. this was an issue, not only with the hotel but also with Expedia when you book trips and hotels through Expedia, you should have somebody that can answer your questions. We tried many times to call this hotel and we’re not able to get through. The hotel is nice, but it also seems like a hostile it had sleeping areas within the front lobby, this really didn’t bother us, but I just wanted future guests know this. Also, the hotel is affiliated with the Hotel in the back. This is where the pool and food ares are located. I would use this hotel again.
