"I came for a comfy bed and left wondering if I could legally move in. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so attentive I briefly considered whether they had psychic abilities. Case in point: it started raining just as I stepped out, and before I could fully commit to getting drenched, they appeared with an umbrella like hospitality superheroes. It’s those small, thoughtful touches that really set this place apart. The room itself was spotless, cozy, and dangerously easy to stay in all day. But when I did venture out into the cold city, I had the spa waiting for me on return—an absolute lifesaver. Nothing says “I’ve made good life choices” like warming up and unwinding after freezing your face off outdoors. And the food? Let’s just say I’m still thinking about it. Every meal felt like an event, and I may or may not have started planning my day around what I could eat next. All in all, an excellent stay with genuinely lovely staff who go above and beyond. If they start offering permanent residency, I’m first in line."

"We had a wonderful stay at this wonderful hotel in Krakow with our family on March 15. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well-organized. The staff was professional, friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the quality of the amenities. Highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed for 3 nights bed and breakfast at the Balthazar Design Hotel… what a great stay we had.. Location of Hotel is fantastic for making it your base in Krakow, The Castle is literally next door and the main square a 10 minute stroll away. We arrived later than planned due to delay with travel arrangements and arranged breakfast for the next morning to be available on a take away basis as we had a 6am pick up for a tour booked the next morning, it was no issue and was ready and waiting for us a reception. The hotel was definitely up there in terms of quality, lovely rooms with ‘quirky’ but beautiful decor, lovely bathroom and quality Milton Brown bathroom essentials. Super comfortable beds, room safe and nice touch of a welcome drink on arrival in the room. Special shout out to ‘Asia’ who hosted breakfast in the Fiorentina restaurant and the service she provided was excellent, went out of her way to ensure we had everything we wanted. Breakfast was table service and multiple combinable options from omelettes, pancakes, cereals, choice of breads and continental meats and cheeses and all delightfully presented and cooked to order. After a smooth check out, the hotel assisted us with a tour of Krakow by golf buggy , which wanted to do before our evening flight home. Picked up from the hotel and arranged in 10mins!. "Room clean, bed and bedding very comfortable. Hire located close to public transport. Lifts were „playing up” a bit but it’s three of them so no „biggy”. Gym adequately equipped (but, let’s face it- just to cover basics - if you’re crossfitter - it will not meet your needs 😄), staff friendly. "

"B&B Centrum is an excellent place to stay when visiting Krakow Old Town. All the staff where first class they couldn't do enough for you. We were there for 3 days and 2 nights and there were different reception staff on each occasion, but all were excellent. Was a small selection of items to purchase if needed, IE water, snacks, sweets. Their breakfast is first class, the selection would suit all tastes from hot food to cold. There was always ample amount of choice plus they always restocked. Highly recommend the breakfast. One of the best from our many stays in Europe. The location is also excellent to visit the many sites, which can easily be done on foot. Transport is convenient with buses and trams, which are right outside the hotel. A cafe is just across the road too."
