I forhold til indtjekning fik vi ikke email om kode før tjek ind, så vi var nødt til at tage til kontoret. I lejligheden havde vi problemer med at den automatiske kodelås lås ikke kunne låse døren. Det krævede lang samtale med AI-telefon og teknikker, inden vi fik en løsning med fysisk nøgle."

"Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die Einrichtung ist stylisch, kreativ und ganz gemütlich. Es gibt eine moderne Waschmaschine mit Kurzprogramm, ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen und alle notwendigen Küchengeräte. Das Geschirr ist sehr schön. Das sind die positiven Punkte. Die Einrichtung (besonders in der Wohnküche) ist schon sehr stark abgenutzt und teilweise defekt. Vieles sieht auch einfach verbastelt aus. Das trübt den ersten guten Endruck extrem. - An den Küchenschrank-Türen...

"Das Apartment liegt in einem Altbau im 2.OG und bietet Platz für 5 Personen. Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern da. Die Maisonette-Wohnung ist interessant geschnitten und dadurch durchaus ansprechend. Es gibt einen großen Wohnbereich mit einem großen Tisch, der allerdings nur 4 Stühle hat. Als wir vor Ort waren mangelte es zunächst auch an ausrechend Besteck, Gläsern und Tellern. Es gab auch nur einen Topf. Immerhin wurden auf unsere Nachfrage hin Besteck, Gläser und Teller binnen Tagesfrist...
