"Location was great. It was near everything without being on a very busy street. Walkable to almost everything. We had to take the subway to Schonbrunn and Belvedere but that is it. The staff was very helpful with guiding us on which subway line to use."

"Top marks to the staff on the 8th floor - very well looked after at breakfast, Perhaps to an Austrian five different colours of carrot for breakfast and a printed menu offering a variety of dishes, so long as you wanted eggs, is the norm...? The lack of clothes storage in the rooms wasn't helpful, and an explanation of the lighting system would have been useful; it appeared to be either "all on" or "all off"."
