"Location is great, room didnt get cleaned on out 1st day, we had to ask for dry towels then 2nd day missed sticking toilet paper"

"Bit further out than most of our stays but the underground and metro were very easy to navigate and use. "

"Very Clean room, nice staff, bad aircon in the room, bad pillows, we got a hc room at first but that had a really bad smell og sigarettes, and the air was moist. The staff understood us and put us in a another smaler room. The area was good, we did not pay for breakfast beacusr pf the high price"

"Convenient location, but lacking in cleanliness and service. Le Méridien is close to major museums and Karlsplatz station, making it very convenient for getting around. However, the hotel feels outdated, with dim hallways and aging infrastructure. Cleanliness was inconsistent. I was given a bathrobe with stains on it and had to ask for a replacement. The room also had issues with old wiring that made clicking noises, which I got around by avoiding certain light switches. The shower pipes also made a constant loud, almost drilling sound. When I asked staff for help, they not only dismissed the noise levels by saying it wasn't that bad, but told me there was nothing they could do until the next morning. I eventually fixed it myself by adjusting the shower knobs, but I would have expected the housekeeping staff to know that and be more helpful. The hotel also seemed overbooked and a bit noisy at times. Overall, a convenient location but not up to expectations for comfort or service."

"Stayed for two nights and it was comfortable throughout. Better if staff who attended us during check in was a bit more polite with his choice of words. "

"Nice location and staff, however very poor housekeeping, dust, shower wasn’t working properly, the toilet seat cracked and the reading light in kids room lose. On top of that surprise visit in our bedroom, someone managed to open our bedroom hotel while we were getting ready to go out!!!!"

"Lovely hotel and staff. Traditional older building but fully modernised. Room was modern and comfortable and a good size. Large walk in shower. Excellent buffet breakfast available through to 11am. Nice garden terrace at rear of property. Everywhere super clean, tidy and well maintained. Situated in quiet area with a number of eateries within 10 min walk and around 20 min walk in to the old town."
