"Basic business standard hotel, with very helpful and pleasant staff, great breakfast. Easy parking. This is a good no fuss hotel which is Perfect for O2 Arena events. Easy walk to tram and bus. Not a great location for quick visits to Old Town though."

He explained every single detail and history for this jewel. He made sure we got our welcome drink and we eat, even that we made it late. "Overall i enjoyed my stay and would return. Has some great facilities and offferings at a great price. There is however a few thing that could be improved. TV in room was tiny No air con and was extremely hot during night Fan was provided but too loud to have on at night pool needed cleaned General condition of outdoor seating , benches etc where in need of repair."
