Service was good. However, the temperature of the shower was not consistent.Suddenly hot suddenly cold. the hair dryer was also not working. Initially, when we arrived, room was abit sandy but room service was good. They were quite fast to respond. Thanks

Nice and clean boutique hotel in the heart of Taiping. Located near the Midnight Market (open 1900-2400), we are spoilt for choice of cheap and good local food. The new hotel is well equipped with the necessities of a traveler (wifi, charging points, iron, hair dryer, drinks). Service is good and Michelle at the front desk is very helpful. The only cons about the hotel is the lack of parking. Would still book this hotel again if we are visiting Taiping.

I purposely left a few dollars on the bed as a tip for the housekeeping personnel to clean the room, change the towels, etc. But they didn't take it. In fact they even fold it nicely and put it on the table. It is an experience unlike with other hotels, some with four or five stars, I have stayed in before, whom will accept it readily. It is a simple, clean and quiet place to stay. If you come back late be prepare to park by roadside due to limited space
