The staff were very attentive and friendly nothing was too much. The hotel cleanliness and lay out excellent. Right in the middle of the golden triangle. Certainly coming back. I have stayed in probably 100 hotels over the years as an international business man, this is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at, can’t recommend it highly enough. FABULOUS

Best location, near n walkable to shopping eateries around Bt Bintang. Nice big spacious room. Open and fresh view with lots of natural light coming in. Special thanks to staff, Fikri, who has effortlessly made our check in & out such a breeze. Very accommodating to our needs, excellent service indeed.! Thank you Fikri! The only downside is area is always full of traffic thus usually delay when booking grab. Only minor issue in room is the fridge is not cold. Anyways, would definitely go bk to stay 👍

The hotel is co-located within Pavilion Mall, which is one of the best mall in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is clean and the service is excellent.

Convenient but questionnable hygiene & service
Conveniently located hotel situated ontop of the Pavilion shopping mall. Staff are friendly, and room amenities are comfortable. However, I found the hotel slippers in room are not newly replaced for each guest booking. The ones in my room were obviously used by previous guest(s) which I find unhygenic and disgusting. Most other 5 star hotels provide slippers in a plastic or cardboard wrap so you know it's new. I find it odd that a 5 star hotel would skimp on this. The club rooms are nice and quiet, and bedding is lovely and soft. I booked a club room - evening nibbles and cocktails finish at 730pm, which is a little early - most other hotels have club cocktail hour until 8pm. Getting baggage assistance upon checkout on the weekend is shockingly slow and inadequate. It takes at least 30mins for the concierge to turn up. The last time I stayed at this hotel, I ended up dragging my own suitcases to reception as they kept calling to tell me I had exceeded the checkout time, and I didn't want to risk paying extra room charges. I've not experienced this at any other 5 star hotel in KL before.

Love the deco and cake for our 34th anniversary. Staff were friendly and polite. There was no switch for the lights near the TV, in other words, must use the master switch to turn on/off.

It takes more than an hour to check in the hotel. There is only 1 lift operated. No wifi, no TV. The staff requested us to down grade our room as the type of rooms that we booked was not available. Finally the manager give a total of MR300 voucher for 2 nights for 1 room. This really horrified.

Best hotel and best location ever
The check in and check out were super smooth, almost non existant. The room had a great city view as promised, it was clean spacious and the pillows were one of the best I ever experienced in a hotel. The staff are friendly, and respectful. I highly recommend getting the club room as it has great value for money. The hotel being on top of the pavilion mall is a great advantage. The breakfast has a variety that allows those new to Asian food to experience it in baby steps. If you don't want to eat at the hotel, the Pavillion food court is the largest ever and has every possible variety to ever exist. The hotel is a 10 min walking distance from plaza low yat, 5 min from Fahrenheit and lot 10, 10 min from the aquarium, 20 min from the Petronas towers and KLCC park. The hop on hop off stop is a 5 min walk. Best location ever.

A good stay all around
Perfectly located hotel connected to the mall. Very friendly staffs everywhere you go. The only complains would be the event at the courtyard was a bit loud and they stayed until around 9:30pm. The infinity pool is gorgeous especially in the afternoon/evening since it will not be facing the sun.

This was a highly enjoyable stay. The staff went far and beyond to ensure comfort of guests. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a large variety of food. It's also important to note how clean and modern all rooms/facilities were. We will certainly be back, thanks so much for the hospitality.

The property is suited at a very strategic location and the staff are friendly. But the breakfast spread was very depressing considering it was heavily inclined towards asian food and most items were not available as early as 9am. Most cab drivers found it tough to find the place and not sure if better signages can be put to make it easier to identify.

All good except a traumatic experience at restaura
The whole stay from check-in to check-out is pretty pleasant. However, the biggest letdown is the service level at their restaurant. It was a long crazy congested crowd waiting for breakfast and it was completely full with long queues outside. I had to forgo breakfast after waiting for more than 30min wait as I have to rush off for my business appt. As I am diabetic, it is absolutely essential for me to have food in the morning. As a result, I almost fainted later that morning during my meeting and medics came to my aid. If the hotel has high occupancy rate, the check-in staff should have provided prior warning and caution to have breakfast at times when there is less crowd. Unfortunately this did not happen, and caused my heath to suffer.
