I felt safe there traveling as a woman by myself. The pool is great. The staff were superb. They printed documents for me and assisted me with everything. The person cleaning the rooms stopped what he was doing and helped me with my luggage.

Security personnel efficient, helpful and courteous. Put my luggage into the taxi. Did not expect anything. Very helpful in getting me a taxi by grab all the time. They arranged a limousine for me for 3 hours.Felt sorry gave the person a tip on the last day,who seemed surprised. The reception was good all the time. What I did not like was the toilet was not cleaned properly. The floor had some scraps of toilet paper under the wash basin the whole time, The wash basin was dirty and blocked the whole time. Had to use the shower. The grab rail in the bath was loose and unsafe. The distance from the bed and table so narrow that the chair in between blocked me walking to the window. No proper armchair to relax and read. Room too cramped.

Not So Grand Continental Hotel.

I am a frequent visitor to the hotel. The standard of service is dropping drastically. Before this stay last month when we stayed in the same hotel, my son's room was not done at all even reminding the housekeeping. Not enough towels and toiletries in the toilet. Always have to call the room service to top up. During my recent stay this month, once upon checking in , I found that my safe deposit box in the he room was not working. Even after reporting to the housekeeping nothing was done for next four days. I had to keep my valuables in relation room. Again the same problems of not enough time of towels, toiletries and coffee tea making items. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. One of relative need to validate his card access everyday. Otherwise he can't enter in to his room. During my next trip I will reconsider the and might not book the same hotel. Furthermore I will not recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives. The buffet breakfast is below average and the variety of food getting lesser.

The hotel staff checked me out when I was not in the hotel. There was a mistake in booking. I was supposed to stay for another day. They packed my luggage and did not pack all my belongings in my luggage. 2 out of 5 missing items reported missing by me were eventually returned to me, but 3 of my items remained lost. They reported that I checked out but I did not. Otherwise, how could the key-card still be with me? Be careful with your items. When you were mistaken to have checked out, your belongings would be packed by the staff when you were not in the room. It's an opportunity time for your belongings to go missing because culprits are under the impression that when you return to the hotel to collect your luggage, you probably have no time to open your luggage and check all your items because you will be rushing off to the airport. I had a very stressful stay and the hotel staff's attitude was not right. My 3 items are still missing. They said that they can't find it.

Buen mantenimiento

Es un hotel que aunque parece que tiene muchos años se le ve que está muy bien cuidado y muy bien atendido nos ha gustado mucho las instalaciones sobre todo la piscina por la tarde que ves las Torres Petronas pero el desayuno aunque era variado muchos días la mayoría de las cosas eran picantes y casi no podíamos tomar las además había un gran grupo de indús en el hotel qué comían ahí van dejando las cosas por encima de las mesas y al lado de los platos donde tenías que servirte comían de pies y estaba un poco desorganizado no por el hotel sino por el la gente que estaba allí el personal fenomenal

Pros: Room was huge and looked clean enough. Area surrounding the hotel appeared to be safe. Cons: Had difficulties getting the keycard to work at the lifts. Other guests had this problem too based on conversations with those we shared the lifts with. Room was very dated. It looked like we were transported to the 70s. Limited number of power outlets in the room. Wifi signal in the room was so weak we decided not to use it. TV had only 6 or so channels, none of which was in English. There was no mat for the bathroom floor so the floor outside the shower area would also get wet. Breakfast was 80% Indian cuisine - need more variety to cater to other guests. Dining room could use a bit more cleaning. It also looked cramped with the way the tables were arranged (maybe they wanted the area to fit more tables). Location is about 10 minutes' walk away from the nearest MRT station.

Great staff

I stayed there for two nights and at my departure time I asked staff too book me a taxi,they tried for an hour and half then we realised there was a marathon in the town and all the roads to the hotel is blocked. Staff helped me to find my way to the airport by public transport.
