Excellent location with stylish rooms that are well air conditioned. Friendly, happy staff (especially the front doormen and the chefs), good breakfast selection, great views from the top floor and inviting rooftop pool, drinks at the silver monkey bar were excellent.

Our room was large and beautifully presented. The thought the team have put into the hotel is unbelievable. The room and hotel are immaculate and the breakfast selection has something for everyone. My little 4 year old loved it.

Great location, very central, bar and restaurant staff extremely good and guest-focused. Breakfast was exceptional - great range.Nice pool, very clean but only 7 beds - they need more beds or furniture around the pool!

New and very nice hotel, on a good location

It was all new, the design of the hotel and the room (we had a corner room) was very nice. The sauna/onsen was also a plus. The location of the hotel was also good.

Really looked after me

I picked up food poisoning before arriving at the Hotel Indigo so I was really ill during my stay. The hotel was incredible. The kitchen made me special food to eat, they cleaned the room around my needs, they checked up on me when I had to stay in bed & everyone else went out. Just amazing. On top of which the hotel itself was perfect, great location, rooms super comfortable & so pretty, wonderful furnishings. I just wish I could have enjoyed the lovely breakfast and KL

Great Hotel with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. However, as a vegan, I found that there weren’t many suitable options for breakfast, and the staff’s knowledge of vegan requirements was limited. Overall, the hotel was good

Great Hotel.

Nice staff, friendly and our room has a great view. Great location. The only thing is that the other restaurant in 24th floor is a little bit pricey and took a while to get your food and they're not busy. But the staff are great.

Very beautiful hotel with an incredible view of the KL tower. Both the Silker Monkey and Wok Star had amazing food. The hotel room itself was very unique and chic. Close walking distance to the Twin Towers and Saloma Bridge. Staff were very friendly and accommodating!

This hotel was awesome! Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Our only complaint are the pillows. They should have firm ones for people who can’t sleep with soft ones. But all in all everything was super great!

The interior design of the bedroom beautifully showcases the essence of Kuala Lumpur with artful touches inspired by the city’s heritage and modern charm. The room was a perfect mix of comfort and creativity, featuring a plush bed and is spacious enough.However, the staff at the reception fell short of expectations. They lacked the warmth and welcoming smiles that are typically expected in hospitality. This initial interaction slightly dampened the otherwise stellar experience and is an area for improvement.

Unser Bettlaken hatte Flecken was wir bei Ankunft reklamiert hatten. Spät abends wechselte die Reinigungskraft unser Bett - das war super freundlich! Die Reinigungskraft fragte uns täglich ob wir zufrieden sind, er war sehr nett. Das Frühstück könnte von der Qualität besser sein und auch mehr vegetarisches anbieten

I liked the interior of the hotel, it wasn’t unique and native to the location rather than the bog standard white. The staff were attentive and the breakfast options were really good. I got to try something new each day.
