Standard ibis property with a nice swimming pool and amenities. Good for business or overnight layover. However, front desk staff need more training on customer interaction. They were more interested in chatting with each rather than attending to customers, including the chubby manager.

Great stay at Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Center. Clean hotel with amazing city views. Great food and atmosphere. Enjoyed the rooftop pool overlooking Kuala Lumpur. Very nice hotel.

Nice hotel at great location.

Nice hotel at great location. There is a leaking in my room but the staff just place a towel for the leaked water as a temporary measure. But the room is comfortable.

Very welcoming, great views from pool and sky bar. Shower was great. Location was great, good idea to walk to Twin Towers as soon as possible in morning or first evening to understand your location and avoid the heat. We wished we saw the night show fireworks. We did a cultural tour which was well worth the money

Very friendly check in staff. Polite and helpful. Nothing was ever too much for them. Checkin was also reasonably fast which is great after a tiring long flight. The beds are super comfy and the hot showers were a dream. Plenty of water flow and large shower recess. No shower over bath rubbish in this hotel.i highly recommend this hotel.

Overall it was a fine stay. Didn’t have breakfast included but decided to pay on the day twice for convenience - it wasn’t a great breakfast at all, very low quality. I used the laundry service once and it was SO expensive - £18 for a couple of t-shirts, pants and socks!! Room was overall clean and comfortable, though!

Overall good, cheap and reliable room. Close to city centre. My room had a broken light in bathroom that would flicker during the night. Room was a bit dirty. Apart from that highly recommended

I will absolutely stay at Ibis KL again! I had initially booked another hotel and had a horrible experience and needed to leave immediately (long story but I was scammed). I booked here and asked for an early check in as I had nowhere to go. The host at the front desk could not have been better- he asked no questions and did not hesitate to put me in a room immediately. My room was clean, comfortable, with strong wifi and beautiful views. I could not be happier with my experience and look forward to my next visit!

Everything is ok but they not clean the room until u not tell them two three time. They never clean my room . Break fast all Asian food no western food. Also if it finish net no refill the food.
