problem at registration
eventhough i already pay full payment via expedia n its successfull, the hotel staff still ask me to give them prove about the itinerary comfirmation from expedia.. they said there is no such booking eventho i alrdy give them prove. so i have to email expedia and report about it, i wait for so long at the counter. thank god expedia management deal with the hotel manager and they problem settle. acctually this is second time this happend and im very dissapointed with the hotel management.
Beware. Avoid this hotel. They held my passport for the duration of my stay, because i don't carry cash for a key deposit. Their credit card processing machine wasn't working, it was very old technology. I tried 4 different cards but none worked. After checkout they refused to return my passport, because they were trying to scam me to pay cash for incidentals which never occurred. I needed to threaten calling the police because i could have missed my flight to another continent. The front desk is corrupt and merciless.
Really great staff that are doing a lot for the guests. Have in mind that it’s a budget hotel so the standard isn’t so high but very worth the money paid. The balcony is great to hang out at and from what I heard they are planning a restaurant there which would be great.
GOOD N COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY THE STAFF FOR MORNING AND EVENING VERY NICE FRIENDLY .. I GIVE THE BEST FOR MR SHAM WHERE I SEE ALL THE GUEST LIKE HIM VERY MUCH
HOTEL DI TEMPAT STATEGIC KEMUDAHAN TERSEDIA DAN STAFF RECEPTION UNCLE SHAM MEMANG YANG TERBAIK DAN BANYAK MENOLONG DAN MEMBERI INFORMASI BILA CUSTOMER MENANYA
Was my second stay here but conditions were worse, room was smaller, bed was lined with carpet underneath the bed sheets and aircon was half working. TV was no good either. On our way out we heard a woman screaming for help and when it was time to check out and we left our room, the floor in the hallways, down the stairs had blood trails and a big pool of blood in the doorway infront of the front desk. There had been some sort of incident and a man missing a toe and a woman denying having done anything. It started disappointing and ended with a scare

Cheap place, not too cozy.
The building is an old worn down construction, the elevator is not working. It is situated in the middle of the very crowded Petaling street with vendors and stalls everywhere. If you like that stuff, it is ok, at least you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The welcoming Indian lady was smiling and friendly, but the other staff I encountered later on were not so friendly. The room has no window, it is big, but all is quite old and ugly looking. TV channels are only for locals. Matress and pillows were not of the best quality, but it was ok. However, when the hot shower stopped working, I just decided to check out and find another place down the road.
