Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We reserved two nights paid and non refundable for Dec. 13 and 14 prior to our Dec 15 flight out out of Malaysia was Dec. 15. Arrived with all luggages and they wouldn't let us in, eated of 100 USD!
