Location was good but room was extremely small for two people and had bed bugs. We called housekeeping and they moved us to a slightly bigger room on the same night. Have travelled to KL a couple of times but this was the first time had a room infested with bed bugs. It was terrible feeling. Location was good for shopping Muslim products.
what i like most is located at the center of market, supermarket, and malls. No need to go far or need a ride. Just walk to reach them all. Hospitable staffs too.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Vary vary poor customer service and vary dirty hotel
I stayed for 4 days 3 nights. Terrible room. Key to room default, cannot batch in to open the door. Everytime I wanted to enter the room, I have to call the maintenance or front office to open the room door for me. So inconvenient. I requested the hotel to give me extra keys, but the front office say no spare keys. I hv no privacy at all & very inconvenient. Dont stay at room no 1001.
On 12 Januray 2019, we checked into Starpoint Hotel, Kuala Lumpur around 6.30pm. When we reached out room, we realized there was no water supply to the room. When we went to the reception to check, we came to know many others were affected as well. But they assured us that the water supply will be back soon. We soon left the hotel and came back to around 10pm. But yet there was no water supply till then. So we vacated the room and checked out. And we had to look for another room in the middle of the night. The receptionist promised a refund on 14 January 2019. But even after mutiple attempts to reach them, they refused to process the refund amount. This is the worst experience in a hotel I ever had before. Even worst, there was bed bugs in the mattress. Water is a basic necessity for anyone. A hotel which is not able to provide that, it deemed to unfit to run one. What is worse, is going back on their words after promising a refund. I feel overall very displeased with how the hotel staff handled the situation and this is the worst hotel stay for my family.

My parents and I stayed here 2 nights and overall no complaints. They organized a driver for us that gave us a great tour of the city for a rather good price. Would stay again.
my stay was a bit dissappointed.my room was knocking by someone (introduce himself as a staff maintenance) at late nite around 11pm (if not mistaken) asking that we're complain our tv not functioning eventhough we're never make any complain.might be his go to the wrong room (i guest).
overall my stay with my friend goods because of the location of the hotel.
