We’re so thankful that we chose to stay at the Sunway Putra Hotel on our trip to KL. The room was spacious and clean. It was incredibly convenient having the mall downstairs with lots of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! And the staff was always friendly and helpful, especially our room attendant Baset. Not only did he keep our room impeccably clean, but he brightened our days with his friendliness and smiles. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits KL!

We loved our stay here. Complimentary parking, easy walk from here to center and easy access to metro. Breakfast was a multitude of cuisines and we had fun every morning mixing and matching items. Rooms were spacious and air conditioned.

I stayed at the Deluxe Classic Room, the room is very spacious and comfortable, and has a balcony with a nice view of KLCC. However, the rooms needs some improvement, such as the carpet requires to be washed, the tiles at the room entrance needs to be properly installed, and the door of the shower cabinet needs to be adjusted to avoid water going out and spreading all over the washroom. The towels are very old, needs to be replaced with new ones. I don't recommend to take the room with connection door to other room, as all night i can hear the other guest. The breakfast area is good with a lot of variety to choose from. They need to improve the egg station area, as it is very confusing to know the line starts from where, and it takes a long time to take your order and prepare. Overall, I stayed almost 14 nights in the hotel, and it was convenient, especially the premises is connected to a mall. It is only located 15 minutes by car from KLCC, Pavillion Mall, Bukit Bintang, and 20 minutes from TRX Mall. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but they need to have more at the reception to attend to incoming guests.

Felt like I am at home

It was a great place to stay, it was clean and the people were so friendly, positive, and helpful. I felt like I am at home, thanks to Sunway Putra family! Can’t wait to visit again! The breakfast was also amazing, there were many choices. I would be happier if I could find vegan food in the restaurant also. Maybe next time :)

Overall the property quality and maintenance is average. Some mold in the shower, room design very simple, water drains very slow from shower and sink. The hotel offers a good value and some of the best Pakistani barbecue restaurants are nearby in a cluster that gets busy. Metro is a 2-3 minutes walk away. I would stay here again, but the hotel should address maintenance and quality issues
