Nice location..very big unit.just nice for my family..my daughter love it so much .decide to extended the stay next time n also would recomemded to.friend n relative .

Check In Nightmares

Swiss Garden Residence is no longer manage by the hotel but individual owner. Upon arriving trying to call the number given at my confirmation slip but number cannot be reached and been trying to call for more than an hour. Luckily able to get in touch with whatsapp after trying to call for more than hour. I have to call hotels.com service center and they have been very helpful in locating and calling the unit owner. With this i thank them so much. And i really appreciate they stay on the line with me while trying to solve the problem. Room condition are basic but still okay.. to come here, please bring your own toiletries even a soap or shower gel. TV is a nightmare.

Very bad experience in the facility

Very bad expertise and made our holiday down mood Firstly, the unclear information from Hotel.com how to check in, made we spent 30 minutes for oversea call to settle the check in Second, no parking free available for us as Hotel.com stated Free parking at this facility Thirdly, the facility is not as same as the photos, not clean and safety The worst thing is hotel.com customer service representative was not know well what is the policy in the facility and they took time to chekc and check and quite rude to us when we point out their poor knowledge I suggest that if you don’t want your holiday down mood, you should not book this facility

We thought it was a scammed. Ty were uncontactable

A check in time of 3pm was agreed after a telephone call at 12pm. However nobody was there to check us in and in any case, we thought we were scammed and by 4pm, we chartered a taxi to take us to the nearest hotel. That experience was frightening. All the amenities described was not there and therefore a breach of contract and breach of trade description. The plumbing was dismal and the washing machine plumb out was blocked, the sinks in both the toilet and kitchen were blocked. Therea were no cooking utensils apart from one fry pan. The extractor light was burnt. There were inadequate lighting in the kitchen which is in a constant state of partial darkness. Absolutely shocking. The worse thing about it was that when we arrived at the hotel, we rang the mobile malaysia number many many times and Mr Ali does not even bother picking his telephone up.We seriously thought we have been scammed.

The property met our expectations but the owner did not .... Used phone number supplied by Expedia but owner claimed to have not received the booking from Expedia and did not have any other apartments. We travelled to the apartments and fronted him, he still claimed not to have received our booking but suddenly had an apartment available ??? Said he would be contacting Expedia but we heard nothing further from him.
