A spoiled experiences

We book two appartments for two nights, both are bad. Water is running slow that you can't take a shower. The worst is NO water in the morning. Two beds with flea. Appartments are heavily bad smell. Air con of the bedrooms are working. Overall poor condition and dirty. Staff are helpful and willing to address our issues. They arrange another room in the second night, but they should not move our belonging to another room without notifying us. You can get a better place with this price. Never stay again.

Zeer ruim, goed uitgerust, centraal gelegen app.

Prima verblijf in groot app. Van alle gemakken voorzien . Op enkele min lopen van Beraja Times Square.

disappointed !

the residence just beside Furama hotel, have a small office and hander by foreign​ worker. when we arrived new year eve 8pm.and show up the reservation ID, she asked is book from where, i said hotels.com. she told me don't have this website, ask me call my agent, and told me here have many agents. in finally we found the file is under my name by our self. she event didn't check.please bear in mind hotels.com booking is using expedia as platform. when we enter the room,is seem just after cleaning, not what you see in the photos, floor are wet and sticky, sink is leaking, WC is dirty. when u told to foreign staff they also no response​. and the outside is standing all the young ladies waiting for customer. event need tp use door card to access the lobby but seem everyone is easy to get inside for looking thier Friend or customer. the room like you go to the bistro or pub, the smoke smell is heavy and after one night all your clothes , tower is the smell. the mattress​ and pillow is uncomfortable. trust me you can get a better room with tbe price in the area. is totally spoil my our new year countdown mood.
