The room was clean however you can’t check in early, which is something you should note if you arrive before three. There is no included breakfast. There are a lot of stairs within the actual room itself, which is a trip hazard in the middle of the night. We checked out a day early as the bed was ...

KOKO HOTEL Premier Kumamoto
Spending more time traveling up and down escalators. Since there is no drop-off for the hotel itself we had to park our car for 1 hour just for dropping off the baggage. Room is smaller than expected and there is no room to open baggage.

Candeo Hotels Kumamoto Shinshigai
Very nice hotel - everything was great although the quad room with 4 beds is best for 4 people, not six. We were travelling with kids but the beds were a bit narrow (they’re basically sized in between a single and a double). Worked out okay as we’re small people. The room was very nice though!
