Something of a nightmare!
You book with Hotel.com and pay in advance. Then the hotel tells you they don’t have those rooms available. So there is extra to pay. Then they say they haven’t received money from Hotels.com so I was asked to pay them. Naturally I refused to pay twice. Eventually they agreed I should just pay the extra. After wasting a whole morning of trying to sort out this fiasco, I reluctantly paid the extra. The room had a balcony. Unfortunately the door to this had been left open for numerous mosquitos to share the room!

Terrible. I had reserved a double room which they never had such in their facility but advertised it. Had speak with the manager who’s in Sweden Ei tried to talk me into accepting one of their small rooms which I refused . They refused to refund me . They crooks because they tried manipulating me to pay again after I had paid on Expedia . Wouldnt recommended this for any traveler they gon stress you out.

Poor customer service. Said they couldn't find a booking under my name and then had me pay more than the booking suggested despite showing them the email confirmation. Apart from this issue the hotel is noisy, unclean (stains on bedsheets), and is situated down an unsavoury unpaved road, which feels unsafe especially in the dark.

It could have helped a lot if you had given your name, date of arrival and departure. We always try and take good care of our guests. You could have explained if the noise is at the hotel or it, s surroundings. We changed our bedsheets everyday. Our room attendants do good cleaning and keep our rooms neat. We would have appreciated it more if you had complained to us here. Let us know when you were here. Thank you

Wonderful reception
Wonderful reception. I arrived at 2am. The owner had to stay up waiting for me to arrive. Very pleasant lady. It was worth my stay

No WiFi and Restaurant
They have no Wifi and Restaurant but published as the services available in their hotel. I spoke to the manager but she could not give me any tangible reason or solution. I will not recommend for foreign national to go stay in this hotel. The workers are good and respectful but the managers do not know how to talk well to their customers. I was forced to stay there for 3 days because they were not ready to refund my money if I cancel my reservation.

Very unfortunate that the guest felt the way he described things. This is a budget hotel with facilities that most guest appreciate.We have the things we have stated .We don't deny the problem with the wifi but it is a problem that is beyond our capacity to control.We understand from the service provider that there is a problem on our line because of some construction work going on.Since this came to our knowledge we always explain this to our guests and we buy data for them so they can have wifi on I their phones.This the guest got it.We have a menu ,and if a guest request something from it ,we prepare it but this guest never asked for this service.Every morning we serve our guests breakfast if the booking includes that.We never forced him to stay. I am sure the guest should have written about the good facilities we have even as a budget hotel.
