Best Western, Kungsängen hotels

Checked into the hotel today and were warmly welcomed by Ms. Antica at the front desk. She was very friendly, approachable, and helpful, which made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Great first impression!

The stuff is very helpful they even help us to arrange for a late check out. The bus driver that sent us to the airport is super duper helpful to stop he saw us with five bicycle boxes which is very huge, he immediately go and change to a bigger bus to send us to the airport which was very very helpful.

Great and quick stay with good room

Efficient check in and out. Friendly staff. Hotel is 5 mins shuttle bus ride from airport, very convenient as shuttle bus runs every 15 mins and drop off at the hotel door. Room is on the smaller side though, especially the bathroom. No housekeeping unless you request for it. Room a bit dusty initially too that I actually cleaned up all the surfaces myself. Overall good hotel

Ideal to get a good rest before morning flight. Less than 5 minute walk to check in at Terminal 5

Amazing stay with easy access to the mall, train station and Friends Arena, the latter especially important if you are in watching a gig there.

Unlimited coffee and tea plus free shuttle to and from the airport

Towels and rooms weren’t cleaned daily but other than that everything was okay

Clean room, helpful staff and good breakfast spread

Clean room and helpful staff. Welcome drinks, fruits and sweets, making the place cosy and wholesome
