Large hotel next to a mall. Very convenient location near train station. Attractions are within walking distance Al an easy ride on the train. Rooms are spacious and good sized bed for a Japan hotel!. We would come back and stay here again!

Very good for overall. There is a laundry machine in the room. If you need more detergent, just ask, they’ll give you more. There is no dryer. So just hang in the room. Located in Susukino, so it’s easy to walk around. Staff are all friendly. I enjoyed my stay!

Lovely clean and comfortable room. Great value

A good affordable option for people who are trying to stay in the heart of Sapporo, especially when prices skyrocket around ice-festival season. It’s a short trek to the Odori Park area, where a lot of good food is, and is very close to a subway station for getting around anywhere else in the city. Room was slightly more spacious than your average cheap hotel room in Japan, and they had some sort of odd radio-looking console in between the beds that are supposed to switch on lights in the room, but ours didn’t work. The beds are a bit stiff, too. But for a great price and location, I think it’s overall worth it.

I had a great stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo. The location was excellent, situated between Susukino and Sapporo JR Station, making it easy to get around the city. Everything we wanted to see, do, and eat was within close proximity. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The daily breakfast was excellent and a great way to start each day before exploring Sapporo. What stood out was the staff. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their service made the experience even better. I would definitely stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo again and will be coming back on my next visit to Sapporo.
