I liked the quiet and the cleanliness. I was visiting from Canada and the staff was very helpful (mainly Jessie and Imad). The free shuttle to and from the airport was a huge plus and room service was great! Breakfast buffet was very filing and the staff were nice.

I was pleasantly surprised - the staff was attentive, polite and accommodating - the lobby is beautiful - the room was large, very clean and modern thought not top shelf it was excellent overall. I stayed in the adjoining building where the hallways were a bit worn but not an issue. The morning buffet was 5-star quality and was available from 6am-11:30am which provides a great deal of flexibility. The hotel picked me up the morning of my arrival and dropped me at the airport upon departure - a fantastic complimentary service. The only issue is the construction behind the hotel is somewhat unsightly but realistically there was no noise or practical problems at all. Overall the Safir Fintas Kuwait is an excellent choice and highly recommended.

Clean, good buffets, good service and much more reasonably priced compared to other similar American hotel chains in the area which I usually stay at when traveling to Kuwait on business. I will be staying here again.

Not great for sleep
Room was ok. There are 4 of us and they put us in a room with 2 double beds. That's a really tight fit. Most of the staff was great, but one woman at the front desk was extremely rude when we asked about the pool and beach. The music from an event was ridiculously loud. Drums, late until the night. When we called the front desk about it, they couldn't hear us due to the music. Then the next morning when we said something about it, they laughed. Sorry, we pay for a hotel to sleep... we didn't find it funny. Also the beach is dirty Sad that they don't have the staff cleaning up all the trash.

Had a pleasant stay!
We spent a night at the hotel, celebrating my wife's birthday. Originally, we booked the Junior Suite... Upon arrival and at the reception, Maricel greeted us warmly. When we mentioned to her that we were celebrating my wife's birthday, she upgraded us to the Executive Suite! Such a nice gesture from her! We had a very pleasant stay and our bed was really comfy. The suite was spacious and well-kept.

Great value for money, liesure and buisness hotel overlooking the arabian gulf, very close from the oil and gas area, 15minutes to the airport, luxury rooms, free wifi, very rich breakfast, huge garden and nice beach, friendly staff very attentive and cooperative, you feel home away from home. 初めて泊まりましたが、綺麗で清潔。部屋も広くていいホテルでした。トイレの水を流すボタン周りのカバーが外れたのだけは残念でしたが。

رحلة عائلية ممتعة
إقامتنا ممتعة عائلية بوفية الافطار جميل ومتنوع العشاء لذيذ ومتنوع كذلك أعجبني المقهى واللوبي الجناح كانت ألوانه جميله وهادئة الحمام كان كبير ويحتوى على جاكوزي استمتع اولادي بحمام السباحة الذي يتميز باطلالة عجيبة على البحر لانه في الروف آخر دور في الفندق كما استمتعوا بألعاب الحديقة ونلعب كرة القدم (حقا استمتعنا أنا وعائلتي وكانت سياحة جميلة في بلدي)

الفندق جميل من ناحيه الغرفه وديكور والبهو وقريب من سوبر ماركت وبجانبه محلات ومطاعم ومول صغير واقامتى كانت ليله واحدة فقط وخرجت ثاني يوم بسرعه لان معامله في الاستقبال سيئة جدا الليله 334 دينار وطلبوا تامين 50 دينار او رهن الجواز او الهويه رغم انه ممنوع دوليا رهن الجواز السفر رغم دفعت المبلغ كامل وصمموا اخذ المبلغ رغم الغرفه عاديه ما تسوى 30 دينار وبعد مشاده بين وبين موظفه لساعه ورفض ارجاع فلوسي قبلت الموظفه لكن انا نفسيا اول مره اشوف فمدق ياخذ تامين على ليله واحد 50 دينار قمة التخلف ولكن لم اكون غبيه ووتركت الفندق فورا رغم ان الغرفه جيده وقريب من سوبر ماركت بس الاستقبال اداره الفندق غير جيده مع الضيف اما الافطار لم اجربه لاني خرجت مبكره بعد معاملتهم الفاشله وذهبت لفندق معاملتهم ممتازه مع الضيف

A good experience in Kuwait
This hotel is located a little further from the center but its location fit my purpose very well. There are three restaurants (OK quality). The selection at the breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are not huge but well equipped. The beda are super large... super king-size. I wouldn't rush there with the family but for business is just fine

الغرفة واسعة ونظيفة والسرير والأثاث جديد مع وجود خدمة الواي فاي المجانية في جميع أرجاء الفندق وكان الإفطار مجاني ومنوع ورائع ما عدا أخر يوم فكان الإفطار كانه غداء
