The entire property was very clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Cleaning services were avaliable but several times we got back to our room in late afternoon to find the room had yet to be serviced. Hotel was near a famous Buddha temple but not centrally located. I think the mattress we slept on was a box spring, not a mattress. Seriously... Please consider placing mattress topper on top of the box spring at least. My husband and I kept tossing all night long as it was extremely uncomfortable to feel the metal springs on our body. We were just glad that it was only one night say. shampoo/conditioner...
